Very Unprofessional, Poor Customer Service, very High Prices. I live in Gatlinburg and try to Avoid whenever possible. The only reason they stay in business is because there are no other hardware stores within 15 miles.

Ace Hardware is not at this location. Take traffic light 3 towards the food city and it will be on your left a few miles down the road. The staff is great there. The rating is because this listing is incorrect.
