I was surprised that a mom & pop shop that cant compete with the big chains on price would be so rude in their customer service. I wanted to schedule an appointment to bring in multiple appliances to get a repair quote. They said they dont give quotes. They said I could leave the appliances with them and pay up front and the appliances might get fixed. If I didnt like it, I could go elsewhere. With that kind of attitude, I cant imagine how they stay in business.

Worst experience ever, brought in a weedwacker and was greeted by a rude elderly women. Next, she told me that they couldnt guarantee the fix, wanted money down for an unknown problem, and quoted 2 weeks for a tune-up that may or may not work! After roughly 2 weeks, they still did not even look at weed whipper! Got my money and whipper back. Stay away... go to a real professional small engines mechanic.

Bought my snow blow up there to get a tune up and paid 90.00 and to find out they put a Catburator with a bad float switch . It leaked gas when primed and would not stay started I just drop it off for the third time hoping these Idiots will do there Jobs Terrible experience will never spend another Pennie in that dump
