I just want to start off by saying my review was rejected from home depots website. They wanted me to tell them of my experience and below was my experience. They only accept positive feedback and dont want people to know the truth. The experience at the store was not great. The guy who was trying to show me how to use the tool couldnt even get it started. He checked the gas and then helped someone else. The guy behind the counter started it right up with no issues. I loaded it in my car and drove off. Half way home I start smelling gas. The guy who checked the gas never tightened the gas cap so I had gas all through my car. I also noticed that the wing nut on the right side was missing. This made the tilling more difficult. If you have a friend who has a tiller or any other piece of equipment that you need to rent, ask them first... I would only use home depot tool rental as a last resort.

Great customer service. Purchased appliance at this store and had them delivered. After the delivery company left I noticed I had a drill missing. I contacted the delivery company which is NOT home depot and they were very rude to me and didnt believe what I was telling them. The other companies were not that friendly and had very poor customer service. Again NOT Home Depot. I went back to the store to return something I didnt need and spoke with a wonder lady in appliances about the situation. She said she would contact the company and figure something out with them. Called me back a week later and said that the company still said they didnt have it and that home Depot would replace the items for me. Very very grateful for this representative and the store. Thank you

After renting a stump grinder we disordered that the cutting teeth were burnt-out. The grinder just burnt the stump doing little to remove it. We returned it and were told they would replace the cutting teeth and it would be ready tomorrow, or to try another Home Depot. We drove to there Strongsville location and they were rented the last one five minutes prior. The decision was made to return to following day. First I call to inquire if the cutting teeth were replaced? I was told yes it has new teeth and was ready. But the is not the case, now on my second store and fourth trip, I am told they rotated them and would have to wait for new ones. No thank you Home Depot. It is my opinion that if you want the job to go smoothly try another tool rental.

Just left Home Depot in Brooklyn. We are a contracting company that does professional power washing and sealing and had a major equipment breakdown on our unit on the way to our second job of the day. Had a major PVC pipe repair that was needed. I am not good with PVC and the gentleman who was helping me, assistant manager Robert saved the day and our job. He not only found all the parts we needed but did the repair for us in the parking lot and on top of that he took care of the bill because he saw how much of a rush we were in. I have never received this quality of service from a store before. Robert really save the day, thanks!

Im a regular here so I spend $ often with all my projects constantly. A ways back I ordered tile only not to receive the ends and not realizing until the guy I hired was almost done in the kitchen. So f me. Guy was able to make it work. Not much choice. Now of recent purchased new appliances and ordered new flooring etc. Free delivery and install if you buy the power cord etc I was told. Well long story short thas only if its their third party doing it, if they do delivery then no! They do not remove old either. So kinda pissed. I recommend record your conversations with the sales people or at pro counter.

Second store with same outcome, first one was in Strongsville. If you order deal of the day online to pick up in store, dont waste your time. Youll get email notification next day that your order is cancelled. If you call home depot customer service they will tell you reason for cancellation was: item is out of stock and the deal was for a limited time only. You can buy the item for a regular price. What a deal?

Brian from lumber was awesome!! I first went to Lowes to look for hardware for a sensory swing I purchased online. After asking their employee, he helped me for two seconds then walked away. I went to home depot where brain first took my call and helped me find the proper hardware. He was very nice and professional!

Great rentals, usually better price and selection on their product than Lowes, when the product is actually on the shelves that is. On 4 separate occasions over the last 2 projects Ive stopped at Home Depot to find they had no paver base or paver sand out for customers, sending me on a second trip over to Lowes

I ran across a young man named Jonathan who was in lawn and garden when I was actually trying to find blinds, he was extremely friendly and helpful and went out of his way to help find the department I was looking for and answered a few other questions along the way, this was the store on Brookpark Rd in Parma

Some of the staff are not just rude but down right nasty or crazy ! some of them will start screaming at you or want to fight with you . they need to start firing these idiots and get some new staff! also the sub contractors they use are low brow untalented idiots that will do the worst job on your house.

Great location. Lots of parking. Hard to find help that knows what theyre doing. Easy to walk through this store past employees with none of them offering to help you. And then when you do get ahold of somebody theyre never in the right Department. Clueless.

employees here dont care - they walk right past you with out offering to help, and when you flag someone down for help, they are very reluctant to offer info or help. Absolutely no sense of urgency in there demeanor. Lowes is a much better place togo

Worst service ever. Ordered a refrigerator from them, had to wait 8 days for delivery. Got it, and it didnt work. Called the next day, got the run around only to find out out was going to take another 8 days for a new one to arrive.

Bad customer service. A lot of employees and nobody want to help. Waited half hour for someone to actually help me. I had a heavy freezer and nobody ask if i wanted help to put it in my car.
