Ace Hardware is smaller than Lowes or Home Depot. Their prices are usually higher than the bigger stores. But they have the unusual parts I need for stuff that breaks in my house. I think they stock each store based on whats needed for people in that particular area, including the oddball stuff that breaks. Their inventory helps you fix stuff that youd otherwise have to throw away. And one of the biggest differences is that when you walk in the door, the greeter points you to the specialist in each area if you need one (e.g. plumbing). And their experts are much easier to find. You dont have to chase them down as much. Theyre generally older people with a lot of experience. I dont mind paying a little more for the convenience and service I get at Ace.

INSL-X Cabinet Coat. Its a fantastic product! I researched cabinet paint for two months before making my decision. Found that the only place that carried the product was the Ace Hardware in Bonita Springs. When we arrived, we found that they are a commercial paint store inside of Ace. The owner was there and she steered us in the right direction. The paint that I originally choose was a milk paint. She told us that it would be OK but came with a lot of steps. She recommended the INSL-X Cabinet Coat because of its superior coverage and ease of use. She was not wrong! She walked us through the entire process and it couldnt have been easier.

Be very careful working for a small company like this. They dont go by facts. They go by rumors. They are not a honest company. They round down your minutes you work to their favor. Which is stealing from there people that work for them. They let go of the elderly and replace them with the young. Lying to the employee that they have been written up in the past without their knowledge. Its a very cut throat company.

Had never been to this store, I was referred here by someone who works at Home Depot. Needed some locks re-keyed and this was handled by Keith in the hardware department. What a pro, he did a fantastic job on 2 locks, fast and professional. Because of this experience I will be back many, many times and I have already told my neighbors to visit the store. Thanks for a great experience.

Great for hard to find parts that the other two home stores wont stock. Prices are higher, but when you need a specialty item, Ace is where you end up finding it. Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. My only complaint is how cramped the store is in some places, theyve jammed so many displays inside that its pointless using a cart.

Location is the main reason we shop here. They dont have the selection that the big hardware stores have, and prices are often a bit high. But during tourist season, when driving becomes arduous, its often worth paying a little more not to have to deal with the traffic. The workers are helpful & friendly, too.

Huge Ace hardware store. Tons of fishing supplies. Prices are fair, service is great. The only reason its not 5 stars is because every time I go there is at least a 5-10 minute wait to check out.
