Wow!!! The best customer service in ages!! I purchased a 32cc backpack leaf blower online & when it didnt meet my expectations, I wanted to exchange it for a better stronger model....I was helped by associates & eventually directed to Chad the store mngr...Let me tell you! They clearly made the right choice here!! None of us were sure whether "professional" 27cc blower would be strong since it was labeled pro, so Chad suggested we try it out... not at home. .. right them& there! he took it out of the box, put it together filled it with gas and fired it up!! We did decide it still wasnt the strength we were looking for and went inside, he did what he had to do, found us the 50cc Husqvarna blower available online ordered it and for only $35 difference, we went home totally happy campers!! Thank You Chad!!

Garbage service and lack of knowledge this is a store filled with kids that dont get it every time I think I might have a diffrent experience and wander back in they never fail to re-lower my expectations do your self a favor and go to any non sears or k-mart store you will get better service in Wallmart. try Home Depot or Lowes. Or Bobs little hardware store or the kid selling lemoade on the corner or the bum downtown actually Im being kind you will get better service from a 4 year old with ADD OCD and cumpulsive disorders.

Bought a grill about a year ago. Needed a replacement part and they directed me to their website because they were unable to help me. Website sent me the wrong part and now is charging me extra to return incorrect part and ship the correct part. Again, store told me they couldnt help me. This type of customer service and return policy is outdated. This is a good place to go if you live close by and need a screw. Do not make a major purchase here.

Went in looking for a refrigerator of a certain style but it also had to be a certain size , that was the hard part. Our sales person, Don Horning, was very helpful walking us through finding the specific ones that met our needs - he made it so easy to make the purchase - thanks!
