Went by the store 3 Saturdays in a row and the store was closed even though their hours on the door indicated they would still be open another hour or more. Went in to look at some bridal asscessories as I have already bought my dress. Both women in the store were incredibly rude and acted as though my business wasnt worth their time. Too bad for them. Not only did they lose out on my business, but also are losing out on the business from two of my other friends looking for wedding gowns. I was ready to buy an expensive veil and some bridal undergarments. Will never go back. I primarily shop in boutiques and hate shopping in chains but the whole reason I shop in boutiques is to get a personal touch and high quality items. Its not worth it to deal with people who dont want the business I will go elsewhere.

This is a fabulous bridal and formal dress salon. A beautiful addition to our city. The owner is one of the most genuine ladies I know and clearly as an eye for what is stylish and sophisticated for any bride, mother of the bride, bridal party and guests. Her attention to detail along with those of her staff is simply some of the best you will find. Our daughter purchased not 1 but 2 dresses from her salon for upcoming formal events and both times the fittings and attention to making sure we got exactly what we wanted so that she would feel special in the dress, was part of our experience. Anyone who wants to find the perfect dress for your perfect day should find their way to Bellissima! Our experience was exceptional and Monica and her staff were a pleasure to work with.

Shopping for my dress here was a wonderful, one-of-a-kind experience. When you make your appointment, you and your family are the only ones in the store, making it truly a unique and memorable moment. Monica carries designers that cant be found elsewhere in NC, and the quality of the dresses is amazing. Walking in, she makes you feel right at home and was able to find a variety of silhouettes that suited my figure. The dress I chose ended up being timeless and unique, and Im sure I couldnt have found one like it anywhere else. I will definitely be recommending this salon to my friends and family!

We had such an excellent experience working with Bellissima bridal. Monica, the owner, and Keely worked with only us, and they were infinitely patient as I tried and re-tried on dresses. They knew their inventory exceptionally well, meaning that they could recommend dresses based on my opinions, (ie. this is too puffy or this doesnt sit right on my waist, etc). I am so excited to wear the dress I purchased from Bellissima and I highly recommend them!

They have a great selection of beautiful dresses, and Brittney is helpful and very talented at helping every guest find the perfect dress. Monica is professional and runs a beautiful shop. I love love love Bellissima! The store is gorgeous and the service is amazing. They take just one or two brides at at time and both areas are private. I found the most perfect dress and cant wait for the big day! Definitely the best bridal salon in Winston Salem and the Triad!
