Bellezza spa is sometimes a great place, and other times a terrible place. I agree with others that they are trying to do way too much at once. I went to get highlights with Maureen and specifically asked for a yellow golden blonde, and ended up being more of an orange strawberry blonde. I was so disappointed that she really didnt listen to what I had to say, and thats kind of the way they all are. They dont treat you like a client and theyre super judgmental. If someone comes into a salon saying "I want to be blonde", scoffing or laughing at them is super unprofessional! Most of the time the people are always late. The reason this happens? They let their clients be thirty minutes late, therefore when you get there 5 minutes early, you are punished for the clients tardiness, which is often the case in most situations there. If you have a 4:30 highlighting appointment, because of peoples lateness it can end up going to 7, which causes them to act put upon and like they genuinely dislike you for making them stay late! Honestly, they should have a policy that if they are more than 15 minutes late, they should have to wait until the person after them is done and so on. The front staff is a give and take. Sometimes theyre loud and gossiping, You stand there for a full five minutes and theyre talking to each other without even looking at you. They often get the price (which is SO HIGH!) wrong and you have to correct them. They make just checking in for your appointment a challenge! On the other hand, my best experiences there were with Theresa. She genuine cared about me, always making sure I wasnt on any medications etc (for waxing and facials), and always suggesting amazing things for my face. I LOVE the make-up I have now and its because of her expertise. Lisset is also a great stylist! She is one of the stylists who actually listens to what you want, and is also great when you just want a change but have no idea what to do with your hair! Getting your nails done is one of the most smooth processes at Bellezza. This is the only time where I havent felt a bubble of annoyance at the staff there. If they were more professional, it wouldnt be such hell to go there!

OK this is it, buckle up cowboys and cowgirls I just found the best stylist in So Fla! yea you heard right and no I did not know her before the day I walked in without knowing her and sat down only to have flat out the BEST color and cut in my life and Im 50. Trisha Reed is amazing, I cannot help you with anyone else in there but this stylist is so talented it is crazy. I have so many compliments I stopped counting. Hey my hair wasnt terrible before but she took me to a new level of polished and beautiful hair that actually I am able to style and make look just as good. I cannot even believe it. Usually when you leave a salon your hair looks great and you can never make that happen again. She told me all the ways I could make it look good on my own and it really works! Here I am back in SC so far from her but she was right!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Did not personally reap any of the wonderful treatments as I booked and set everything up for a friend, but the results were quite amazing. The massage, albeit being a bit expensive, was the best ever experienced as they were very intricate and focused on tackling every part of the body. They also do an amazing job with their manicures and pedicures, as their attention to detail is so precise. The facilities are pristine, with a waiting area with snacks and couches. Additionally, there is valet parking available with your appointment - very nice. A few weeks after, we received an introductory gift card that was very generous as well. Top-notch service as youd hope to expect from an expensive, but great European spa. No long waits and courteous service.

After having the best haircut I ever had, EIGHT years ago, I was always too rushed to go back because it was 30 minutes away and there were other "new" options on the beach. But the other day I needed a GREAT haircut BAD and it was the first place that came to mind. Yea it was 30 minutes from home, but I REALLY needed a GOOD cut. I called (could not remember the name of the stylist who did my hair last time and just hoped she was still working there) and described her. They mentioned the name "Lisset" and that triggered my memory. "Yes, her" I said. Today I had my appointment and I LOVE my cut! I will never again debate about traveling to Bellezza. Thanks Lisset!!! See you again in two months.

Its always a pleasure to sneak away for a spa treatment at Bellezza. I always leave looking better , feeling refreshed and relaxed. I love all of the facials, all of the aestheticians are extremely professional and well trained . After a series of the microdermabrasion treatments my skin looked incredible. Also, the gentle yag skin tightening treatment is a great way to avoid the plastic surgeon. If I have a special event, I will often go in for an oxygenating facial to give my skin a smooth. fresh look. All of the nail techs and hair stylists are terrific too and my daughter loves the straightening treatments. Cant wait to go back!

The salon looked nice and the staff were friendly. My stylist didnt cut my hair to the length I wanted it and when I asked her to shorten it a little, she said no. I basically paid $75 to have my hair trimmed. Dont go here if you want a helpful stylist. She also botched my side bangs, they look like someone pulled a chunck of hair to the side and cut. Ill either have to fix my hair myself, or pay another $75+ to have it done elsewhere; waste of time and money. Also, they are short on shampooers which left me waiting in the wash area, foolishly, until my stylist decided to come wash my hair herself.

This was my worst spa experience...ever! My appt started 30 minutes late. When I was finally taken to the "spa suite" is was a matchbox sized room just off the main entrance(all rooms are located down this hallway). The room was FREEZING which made the oil cold, the bed was hard and wasnt heated, I could every single conversation of those in the hallway, the hair dryers in the hair salon, the children running up and down the halls, etc. This place is trying to do too much. Its supposed to be a "spa", clothing store, hair salon...pick one specialty and focus on doing that well!!!

It is a place to go and get relax. They have the best service providers from spa to hair and nail department. Thats the place to go and get all your services done from head to toe :-) what I like about this place is that I feel that I have a voice their, so I belong to Bellezzas family. I like that their nail techs do not talk on their cell phone any more "as they used to :-(" I love their new pedicure chairs. They started emailing great promotions. Please continue your promotions, so I can see you guys more :-)
