I must say it is a poorly non-professional place. My mother that is an angel always giving did not want to do her nails with a new person and wanted to stay with her own person that had done her nails for years. The owner got upset and was not nice to her from then on, to the point the last time she was there she cut her hair uneven and hardly talked to her. My mother has known the owner for 30 years one from a previous hair place and many years at this location. My mom being very sad, (understand she is going to be 85 and this is one of the joys of her life besides giving) so she called to see why the owner her hair dresser was being so cranky towards her and also to get an appointment. Someone answer the phone and she asked first to make the appointment and the girl gave the phone to the owner her hair dresser. At this point the owner told my mom she is no longer to step a foot in her salon. My mom asked her why and all she said was that she want to keep her distance from her and she understands she is old and so she is going to respect that. My mom asked if at least she could come do her nails and feet the the lady she loves so much and at that point the owner said there are many salons look for another one. This has left my mom very disturbed how can anyone be so cruel to an elderly. I would not recommend this place to anyone and as a Doctor I be spreading the word about how this place treats people cruelly even to the point of not giving a reason and being unkind. I definitely love this place. It took me years to find a salon that could do what I want, no what they want. Each time I ask for a different haircut, I always leave with an amazing style cut and constantly get such compliments after visiting! The owner treats you with respect and pampers you with free wine, coffee and pastries, the rest of her staff are very professional and friendly also. They use the best quality products. I have moved from Dade to Broward County but not even the distance will stop me from coming to this salon. I absolutely love them and wont go anywhere else. Everyone that Ive referred to them has loved their results too.
