I sent my husbands Omega watch to be repaired at Omega Boutique in Aventura Mall, and they promised me that the watch would be returned to me like new as I would have just bought it from he Omega Store. I agreed to send my watch in for repairs and I was told that the cost would be $1569.69 (US) for a complete over haul which included the wrist band (stainless steel and gold) After 2 months of waiting I was very disappointed after receiving the watch with the repairs done. The watch was returned with the face and bevel fixed however the wrist band was never polished and the pins were never replaced. I am very dissapointed with Omega Boutique and its employees. I can not believe that when they received the watch that no one inspected it. It was returned to me in the same condition after spending $1569.69 (US) for the watch over haul. Instead of fixing the wristband they offered to sell me another wrist band for $2500.00. I WILL NOT recommend this store to anyone and I strongly suggest that you look elsewhere to have your Omega or any valuable watch repaired or reconditioned.

i recently bought a seamaster blue dial s/s watch from here and the staff was courteous and professional. I had an issue with the wristband having a sharp edge on it and Carlos, the manager there took the time to change the band w/o hesitation. I highly recommend this store and the entire staff. Beware!!!!! There are no refunds at this company, no one ever told me this. I signed the paper work and bought the watch as a gift, no one ever told me that there were no refunds
