What an awesome store!!! One of the best I have been to. I normally dont write reviews but the customer service that was provided to me at this store really prompted me to do so. It has been true pleasure to work with Jennifer Watson, she is extremely professional, polite, always smiling and engaged and helpful. She is the reason I will never go to any other Hermes store EVER!! Thank you for making my experience with Hermes so pleasant!! I highly recommend this store.

Terrible customer service. I have a watch and have been trying to purchase an overpriced new leather strap and have called several times, spoken to sales people who never return my calls nor gotten back to me about ordering the strap, availability or exact price. I am in shock with the lack of consideration for existing clients. I will never buy anything from Hermes again.
