Customer service horrendous, been going for last 5 years, referred many people. Today I had an appointment for 10:15am arrived at 10:21, the receptionist tells me sorry, she took some else, you can come back at 3:30. Really? How about a phone call to let me know? How about I drove 20 mins and now you want me to come back? How about courtesy, I understand Im late, you could have easily told me we can only complete one of the two services you scheduled, NOT disregard my appointment all together. Their employee turn over rate is horrendous, you never know if your technician will be there when you return. Too much competition, and better places, to deal with their lack of respect!!

Ive been coming to Brow Boutique for years and was super excited to hear that they had added microblading! I had been nervous to try it since its still new to the beauty industry. The BB staff made me feel confident in how cautiously they had selected their artist. I met with Lily and my fears were instantly put at ease. She took her time drawing the shape of the brow and made sure i was 100% satisfied with how it looked before making any cuts. She was also very sanitary and refused to touch anything except me while in service even with her gloves on! That was super impressive! My brows came out amazing and I receive compliments on them daily!

I had a very pleasant experience this was my first time going to this particular brow boutique. I was greeted at the front desk by some beautiful women who had very great customer service. Narisa is the beautician I chose to do my eyebrows and let me just tell you this lady knows whats shes doing. Before I could even tell her what I wanted done she knew and she was very honest with me she didnt hurt me at all and she took her time with doing my brows. I recommend this place to anyone looking to have a excellent experience along side with gettin services by personal who actually know whats theyre doing and make you comfortable.

Im very loyal to my brow magicians and have been going to Brow Obsession in Aventura for years. However, my girls hours dont coincide with my new work schedule so I was in need of a new miracle worker. THIS PLACE IS AMAZING - professional, cool, reasonably priced. Narisa is the absolute best. Ive only been to her once but shell be seeing me every 2 weeks from now on. Thanks for a great first experience, ladies! Ill see you next week. Like I always say, "Dont ever take advice from someone with bad eyebrows!" Luckily, thanks to Narisa and Brow Boutique, you can trust me :)

Never going back. My first two visits were great but every visit after that was horrible. My eyebrows were ruined. It seems like they are hiring inexperienced people and they are in a rush. I recently walked out of there with a few small cuts on my eyelid because the woman doing my eyebrows was so damn rough with tweezers! Make an appointment with someone you know is good not these random under qualified and inexperienced people they are hiring. You guys let me down big time. I thought I would never stop coming here until lately.

Ever since I discovered this place a few years back and I knew I would enjoy coming. Ive been using the same brow specialists Melissa for a while now. Only once I wasnt pleased with my eyebrows but I believe this person was new to which my brows werent shapped and it was just covered with the eyebrow mouse that they were promoting at the time and I havent seen her since then. Other than that incident, I always look forward to my appointments and the price is very reasonable. I can never complain!

Ive been following the co-owner Alisa for years from salon to salon because no one does my eyebrows as good as her. When she opened up her OWN PLACE I was thrilled to support her. The Brow Boutique not only has top notch service, its a classy and sexy spot to visit. I love Paris Plastick too who does my make up for special events! Go..go..go..you will be hooked :)

My co-workers and I have been coming here for years and love it. Unfortunately, I dont think any of us will be returning as the price went up from $12 to $18 over night. We found out about the price hike the last time I went. There were no notes or anything letting customers know. My co-workers and I wont be returning. Its too expensive for brows! So unfortunate!

Its unfortunate that they raised the price to thread eyebrows from $12 to $18 without notifying me before hand... I wont be returning. I think its ridiculous to pay that amount of money to get your eyebrows threaded.. Ive been going here for 2 years.. sadly they lost a client all because they couldnt be upfront with the price change..

I went to have my eyebrows tinted and it didnt even last a day the women did it wrong it looked horrible not please with the service i set and appt and still waited an hour. They were taking walk ins before me. Unhappy with experience

They ridiculously raised their price for the eyebrow threading service from $12 to $18 without informing their customers. I have been a customer for several years and believe its ridiculous to pay $18 for eyebrow threading.
