Sorry to be the first bad review. We love shopping for our dog at All Pets Considered and expected the same high-end service in the grooming facility... we did not get what we hoped for about 6 months ago. First of all, I was promised one price for my Aussie to be groomed but when I arrived was given a price that was $30 higher (yes, they were aware of his size.) I felt tricked. The first thing that I noticed when I walked in to the grooming center was cages stacked one on top of the other with smaller dogs in each, it looked identical to the cat part of the animal shelter...terrifying. Not one person of the 5 people sitting behind the desk looked happy or friendly and Im certain that I looked horrified. I reluctantly left my dog there thinking maybe theyd do an amazing job grooming him and left only on a promise that they would call me as soon as he was done. The grooming was ok, nothing the rate highly for certainly, he was raw and rashy on his belly area when I got him back and was trimmed very short despite me asking specifically for him to be trimmed "naturally." When I walked in to pick him up, I asked how he did and the girl who brought him out (the nicest of the bunch) said "he did well until they started with the hairdryer." Um, obviously. Stick with the retail part of All Pets Considered, its great! Stay far far away from the grooming building and take your dogs to Best Friends Bed and Biscuit. Its a little out of the way but theyre fantastic and your dog wont come home traumatized.

Have been taking our Bijon there for the last three years, and in the beginning she loved it. We noticed a change in her behavior when dropping her off about 8 months ago. A few more visits and when we got home noticed blood spots on my pants where she sat on the way home. After looking I found cuts on her paw pads. I didnt mention this the next time we took her fearing she would be treated badly. Yet again after the next visit more cuts on her pads. I googled it and read a blog someone posted stating accidents happen and bring it to their attention, which I did and was apologized to and assured they would not use clippers on her pads in the future. A couple more visits and picked her up this week only to find two cut paw pads again. Will NOT return I care more about her than her hair cut. Side note when the dogs are there they are not walked ,no grass outside just pavement and busy streets.

I wonder if the other rater below was just having a bad day? I was very pleased with the staff. You can tell they love animals and that your dog is going to be taken care of while hes there. The staff seemed to like each other too (seemed to enjoy working there) and I thought it was cool that you could see the grooming area- they had nothing to hide. My boy was allowed to wander around while he was there because he got along with the other dogs I guess. He looked great, not shaved too close (like I asked) and I thought they were priced reasonably for what you got. My only complaint would be the front desk. The dropoff/pickup area is very tight so if there are multiple people there with dogs to boot, it gets tight.

I moved to Greensboro with my 14 year old Border collie, and because she has arthritis in her front leg, I was concerned about her having to stand for a few hours to be groomed. I shared my concerns with the staff, and Nicole in the grooming facility at All Pets Considered has been wonderful. She always tells me when the slowest day will be, and I get the first appointment. My dog is in and out in just over 2 hours. Also, Nicole is very sweet with my shy dog, and to my amazement, my dog now actually seems to like going to be groomed. I cant say enough about the personal touch I get at this grooming facility, and Id never go anywhere else.

Their groomers are the best. Our Schnauzer had a seizure here (due to medical reasons) when he was about to be groomed. When I arrived, one of the members of the grooming team was curled up with him, holding him snug until he relaxed and became less confused. They called to check on him the next day, and accommodated us for a special visit next time. Sadly, he passed away a few weeks later. I was so thankful for all their efforts to help make his experience less stressful and he looked so handsome in his last days.

I rescued a 7 week old puppy, I was told she was an Aussie mix, She is now 6 months old. and it is her favorite pet store. We pull up in the parking lot and she starts jumping around with excitement. She loves the staff. She loves the customers. And she shops for chew sticks by herself. The food is like a treat for her. I will always get our main supplies there. This is a great place to purchase all of your pet supplies. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. They only sell quality pet foods so you can be confident your pet is getting something good for their health. We have three cats and have bought our cat food here for years. Weve also used the grooming service many times for our long haired cat and they do a terrific job at a reasonable price.

Even though All Pets Considered is not the closest pet store to me, I shop there because of the friendly staff and their good prices on Innova and Wellness dog food. They have the best prices Ive found so far in Greensboro on food and since I have to buy 30 lb bags at a time, I need the best prices! They have a fantastic selection of toys and treats, as well. I have never had a bad experience there.

The only place in Greensboro that I trust with my 7 yr old Shih Tzu, Miley. My dog does not like to be groomed and Ive been bringing her here over the last year. I love how they have been able to get her adjusted to getting groomed. I used to take her to her vet to be groomed and they would have to sedate her and it would take them literally all day, but not here. I highly recommend them to anyone.

We Love All Pets Considered!! I drive from out of town just to be able to shop for my dogs high quality foods........They have the best Selections too!! I love their unique gifts and toys. Everyone that works there is so very nice and they are always willing to help me out to my car with my heavy bags. All Pets Considered is the only place that I shop for my pets!!

After several trips in the past to the grooming parlor for our two yorkies in september of 2017 they came home with fleas after their grooming. Its driven us insane trying to rid both the dogs and our house of these vermin.The dogs are both ten years old and this is the first ever we have had to deal with the problem.Caution.

All Pets Considered is amazing! It doesnt matter if Im stopping in for a $5 toy or $100 worth of items, the staff always takes time to answer questions and help with selections. The selection is great (and with items I can trust and feel good about)! APC is definitely my place to get everything to take care of my little one.
