This store although there is affordable merchandise is extremely lacking in customer service. They offer layaway but fail in explaining clearly the terms and conditions. I was in the market for a dining room set and bunk beds for my boys I put some money down on the merchandise with the beds having to be ordered. Being a single widowed mother of 2 boys, my financial situation changed and I could not afford the furniture any longer. When I called initially to discuss this with the store I was treated with no respect or sincerity. The next time I spoke with the store owner, he did not care to hear about my situation but only offered me store credit. I explained that I needed the money to feed my children. He stated, " sorry but that is not my problem". I will never go back, to this store or recommend this store to anyone. Perhaps the entire staff should attend some education on customer service and how to empathize with their fellow human. If I had to rate them on a 1-10 scale it would be a -10. Huge mistake going to ABF.

BEWARE! CHEAPLY MADE FURNITURE! Overpriced, a lot! Salesman will use the "Im your friend and pal" scheme and then make you believe that hes gonna talk to the owner and see if he can get your price down (which the owner is already in on the scam), then sock it to ya! I bought furniture from here specifically, an adult bed room set and a little girls bed room set. Four months after that, the little girls furniture was on the side of the road. You have no idea how many times during that four months I had to repair the bed and toy box. Every time I had to make my monthly payment to the lender, It made me so mad I wanted to go in there and get my freakin money back and have words with the sales guy and owner who scammed me. DONT do it! Youll be sorry...

I will never ever in my life buy another piece of crap from this store they replaced one mattress and said they upgraded mine to a better one for the one that I have now to really be worse than the one I had before it is already coming apart around the seams the bed is messed up and the couch I purchased they had to come and replace the motor to recline. So I will definitely not buy anything else from there.

Curt the salesperson is very rude, he got into an argument with my husband in the store. They sold me a curio with no glass after i finally unwrapped it, no professional people at all. I hope you guys know who this is too. I wouldnt recommend any one in this store. You guys are shady as f@$k. Waiting for your guys to come get your s$!t as we speak.

I had a great experience at ABF furniture. The salesmen were excellent Oscar and Curt new their stuff and helped me pick out a beautiful bedroom set. They delivered it on time and set everything up nicely. I will continue to shop at ABF. Plus they have great consignment furniture! Excellent customer service! Great prices.

These people are liars, especially Curt. He promise my husband money back but didnt keep his promise. Dont deal with theses people. Hes a fast talker. You go through too many people just to buy furniture and no one knows nothing in the end.
