My husband and I are new homeowners (wohoooo - exciteddddd). We came by to "just look around" and fell in love with a king size bedroom set (why not right - you gotta be comfortable). We figured we would talk it over that night n make a decision. We spoke, we loved, we were just worried abt cost. One of their sales rep - (Keegan - i hope i spelt that right) went the extra mile to give us a call and advise us of an upcoming promotion (awesome sauce) and even set up an appointment to see us at a time that was super convenient for us. We showed up early (our sons ball practise got cancelled) and he accommodated us with no problem, got us signed up, and approved for financing with no trouble. Did I mention they had snacks? (Lol). Long story short we will be getting our new furniture soon and we couldnt be more pleased. The entire process was painless and we are walking away satisfied! Love the service, loved the prices and loved our new bedroom set. BTW - did I mention they had snacks laid out hahaha! I give Ashleys Furniture in Florence 5 stars!

Ashley furniture is very bad when ever we got our furniture it always came damaged or broken and whenever they came to replace it came damaged every time we got it replaced over 6 times and they never help us. they also cheat and their service is very bad whenever the delivery guy came to deliver he was swearing and left rudely. whenever we call Ashley they never help us its only at the beginning when you go buy furniture for the first time and after that they dont help. i will never buy furniture at this store ever again. they are just trying to make money not help people with their furniture. never ever go to they Ashley furniture home-store in Florence,SC stupid furniture and stupid furniture and service.

I was hoping to walk into the store and purchase an outside patio. The lady who helped me was very good. I wanted to purchase the outside patio of Ashley Moresdale. The lady who was helping me included the umbrella. The district manager told me he would not include it. The employees are not on the same page as the managers. The district manager told me It would not hurt his feelings if I did not purchase this set from Ashley Furniture. I bought this patio set directly and saved money with the umbrella. Now I understand why all of these stores are closing and the consumers are buying it directly from the manufacturer.

I purchased new living room furniture yesterday and had a wonderful experience thanks to my sales associate, Ashley. My husband and I had been by the store 3 times looking at different pieces trying to find the right fit. Ashley helped us each time we came in and never made us feel pressured to make a purchase. She explained everything about my purchase and upcoming delivery in detail. The store manager also ensured that I was taken care of. I will definitely continue to shop at Ashley and would recommend them to anyone looking for a good deal and great customer service.

My wife and I purchased 2 sofas from Ashley Furniture 4 years ago. A couple of months back the dura blend leather began to peel off. I contacted the warranty company and was told they didnt cover defects in material. After speaking with Matthew Brown at the store he assured me that he would try his best to help me with my problem. Long story short, Matthew went out of his way to help me and I now have a new sofa. Highly recommend Matthew and Ashley Furniture to everyone. The entire staff was awesome and went of their way to help us.

My boyfriend and I came into Ashley Furniture to purchase furniture for his new apartment, and Deanna and Jane (the two saleswomen that assisted us) were wonderful and showed the highest level of costumer service and professionalism. Deanna was even able to get on the phone with Ashleys Furniture corporate headquarters, and push for a delivery date three weeks sooner than the original scheduled delivery date of January 7. Well now be receiving our furniture December 15! I highly recommend Ashleys Furniture and Deanna.

LaSony has been awesome. I bought a table a year ago. And she succeeded my expectations! Then I came back for another purchase a recliner. She not only met me at the door and made me feel welcome she knew her stuff! She told me all about different fabrics and styles. And I have a dog and she told me about the microfiber option. Great option.And its always a plus when the wifey loves her. I will always do business with Ashley because of her. You all have one hardworking salesman. Thank you LaSony for all you do!

I have been shopping at this location for the last three years with DeAnna Woodberry. If she is not there, you can forget it. I can always depend on her honesty and to get me the lowest possible price. I have referred several satisfied customers to DeAnna and Im sure that they would agree that they will only go in to see her. A salesperson that doesnt hassle or push you to purchase something for a sale... Thats DeAnna. Tell her you saw Xaviers post when go in ;)

I had the best furniture shopping experience in the Florence store with Deanna, she is the best!! I searched at many furniture stores looking for what I wanted and many sale associates were pushy and tried to sell me what didnt fit my needs just right but Deanna always took the time to listen to me and see my vision.
