Be sure to ask about the return policy and how much it will cost you to exchange if your item doesnt fit properly, or return it. I purchased a sectional with every intention of keeping it but it was just not functional in my space unfortunately and the fees I was charged when I needed to return/exchange were not explained to me prior to purchase, if I had known about them I wouldnt have proceeded. Our original plan was to exchange it for something else in the store, they couldnt recommend any other item that was in the realm of what we wanted and wouldnt cost several hundred dollars more in addition to return fees we were losing on having to pay 15% restocking fees and pick-up fees. Because of them not putting the customers first we decided to return it and take our losses. I did speak with one of the managers who tried to help after I explained to him we were under the impression our sectional was going to be delivered when we moved into our house we had to wait a additional 1.5 week, for this we were told they would refund us our delivery fee due to the unexpected wait which never happened, and the absurd return policy and lack of customer support during our experience was lacking. I appreciate the manager working with us after all of the events unfolded to try to find a solution but we wont be coming back to Levin nor recommending others to do so either. We ended up finding the same brand, same color, material everything that we loved about the sectional in a love seat/sofa set for less, 50% less delivery fee and next day delivery, because of the comparison after this happened and everything Ive mentioned above we feel Levins is not anywhere near a good deal compared to other stores nearby.

1 star for the nice sales person but after that forget it....THE ABSOLUTE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED IN MY LIFE ANYWHERE!!If you have a problem with your furniture u r SIMPLY OUT OF LUCK...no one will do ANYTHING to help you even though they promise to call they never do even if you call and leave messages...it just doesnt happen...they DO NOT follow up with anything!! Our issue has now been going on for weeks and weeks with absolutely no resolution!!! I would NEVER EVER purchase anything from LEVIN again and I would advise Everyone to RUN as fast as you can away from LEVIN!!! MONEY spends everywhere...do yourself a favor and go ELSEWHERE!

I cant recall the salesmans name, but he was very helpful in finding the exact mattresses we needed. I loved the layout of the furniture in this store. I will definitely be back. I, however, think they should try keeping more in stock at their Greensburg location since the warehouse in Smithton is equipped with rude, incompetent and lazy employees. If I cant pick up the items when I purchase them at the Greensburg location, I wont buy the product. I refuse to buy anything that requires dealing with any of the warehouse employees.

I bought 2 mattresses and mattress covers 2 1/2 years ago. My daughter and her husband cannot sleep on their bed because it is causing them terrible aches and pains. They are sleeping on couches. I was told at time of purchase that as long as no stains on bed ( which is why they talked us in to buying $80.00 each mattress covers for the beds) that they would be replaced. Well I talked to a manager on Thursday said they would call back on Saturday and today is Sunday and I have not heard anything.

He was very informative very professional and he really listened to the type of furniture that we were looking for. I had an excellent experience. I purchased furniture and few times in the last couple of years from Jayme Battistella. Her customer service was wonderful, she was very respectfully, knowledgeable and listened to my needs so I could find exactly what I was looking for. the worst sat for almost an hour before anyone even asked us if we need help have 850 credit score we had a levins credit card we never used it wasnt even year and they cancelled the card and then told us we had to re-aply and then REFUSED US CREDIT AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE
