I had a great experience with Rob and Tyler. I went in for a bike to ride to class in downtown Charlotte but one that could also be used for working out on the weekends. Rob helped me with the sale and was great with asking questions, and providing options so I could get exactly the bike I wanted. I never felt pressured and he knew a ton about what accessories to get now, what could wait, and what products worked best for my intentions. Tyler installed a rack, lock mount, lights, and went over the bike again to make sure everything was just right. Very nice guy and also ensured everything was exactly like I wanted. Even though its a 2-2.5 hour drive for me these guys were well worth the drive. Thanks again!

Friendly staff, top notch service and quality gear, highly recommended! I spent a couple of weeks in Durham and went to Bullseye looking for a road bike to rent for that period. They got me a sweet Giant for a very reasonable rate, impeccably fitted and serviced, and some useful pointers on the best routes around Durham. When I returned the bike they told me it was in very good shape, and offered me a discount over the agreed rental rate. Thanks guys, looking forward to my next trip to Bull City!

New on the bike scene but not to Durham. I had a new bike that needed a little TLC before I could build it. I brought the part in, chatted with Tyler who was confident in the fix and knowledgable about what did and didnt need to be done. He worked on it almost immediately and gave me a call back in about an hour that it was good to go. SO FAST! I am extremely satisfied with my experience - Bullseye is my jam and will be my top LBS recommendation in town :)

It is seldom you find a business with almost forty reviews that are unanimously five stars. Thats why I went here when I needed a bicycle lock. I was greeted at the door and helped with personal and unhurried attention. In the process I asked questions about my bike and some new riding conditions. The owner was very informative and patient. A rare and very pleasing experience! The five stars are well deserved. Bullseye Bicycle really hits the mark.

My boyfriend and I went to Bullseye Bicycle are reading their good reviews as our first bike destination. Tyler was super helpful, honest and knowledgeable. They let us test drive our bikes and explained and took their time with us without ever expecting a sale. I was so impressed with the service. We now have two awesome bikes and no headaches whatsoever. Id highly recommend these guys to anyone.

Tyler, the owner, tuned up my old Jamis Aurora and replaced some cable casing and ferrules. He also gave me a bike box and a bunch of special bits and bobs for packing -- like a fork brace, plastic bolt caps, etc. -- when the time came to fly that bike across the country. Great shop. I hope it prospers. It makes Durham a better town, no small feat.

It is so refreshing to come to a bike shop where the staff are really friendly and not bike elitists! After many experiences at bikes shops with staff who were, for lack of a better word, total d-bags, I really appreciated the interactions with the staff here. And working on the bicycle industry for 35 years I highly recommend this shop to others. For they keep it simple. No pressure sales. And they dont tech talk you to death.

I love this local small business. The guys are in the shop are super helpful. I bought my bike from there a little more than three years ago which I love. The prices are great and they always stand behind their products. I cant recommend them enough if youre looking for a new bike, get a tuneup or just a place to buy some gear.

This is a really nice shop! I spent a while here listening to the owner sell a bike to a customer; I wish everyone could buy a bike from a shop this friendly, honest and knowledgeable. They sell Giant and have a good selection. The shop and sales floor are clean and professional. This is the shop.
