Best bike shop in the area. They wont try to sell you something you dont want or need, and they wont ignore you when you walk into the shop as other are bike shops do. If they dont have something, they will offer to order it or tell you where you can get it. (How often does a clerk at Mr. Handlebars refer a customer to another shop?) We have purchased three bikes from them in the last three years and the bikes are perfect in every way. Met our budget, fit us perfectly, and are exactly what we wanted. They took the time to talk to the person who will be riding the bike to find out what bike would be a perfect fit. ... Service is excellent and as a repeat customer, I feel as if I have a special relationship. Look at other places, if you want, but you wont find a better bike or a better shop.

Where do I even start from,this place is so horrible I cant stop coming back the poor customer service skills,the dark lighting the blind guy who thinks he knows It all and the tight space that you can never maneuver yourself or your bicycle, even the door does not want to let you in. over all it just boils down to "my opinion" until you can prove something as a "fact"! great quality bikes!

Just started getting into road biking and have stopped at a few places. The owner is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. He helped me with my pedals today and advice with seat position. Ive stopped into the bigger bike stores locally and the guys working there didnt have a clue about any questions I asked. Just sales pressure. Two thumbs ways up for shickluna.

I want to love this store. Im all about shopping local and supporting local merchants, but comparatively, I am really disappointed about the service I received from Shickluna. They offered to look in to ordering a bike, and I never heard back from them. Seemingly very disorganized. Im going to give them another shot, so I"ll let you know how it goes.

I have been in this store a total of 4 times. Each time my experience has been terrible. I EVEN bought my bike here (what was I thinking?) I just took it in for a tune up and they even messed that up. The staff is unhelpful and condescending. I went to Berts with a friend and amazingly had 100x better service. Ugh.

Recently purchased my first road bike and the experience was great. Very knowledgeable and went above and beyond to get me exactly what I wanted. Ive been to every bike shop in the area but in the end this is where Ive bought my last two bikes. Highly recommended.

Beginner bike rider. Went In to get a tire repaired, the service was excellent. I was asking 101 questions and each one was answered and NOT once did I feel stupid for asking. Fast friendly service. Inexpensive. Very helpful.

I got a flat tire near there and bought a tube. They would not let me use a wrench to change the tire. I was 15miles from home and did not have the money to have them change the tire.

The staff is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Their stock is complete and they dont price gouge like some other bike stores in areas of town with better foot traffic.
