Our world literally STOPS when our computers do not function properly. We cannot keep up with our family and friends, do business, check on the weather, look up vacation plans, and the list goes on and on. My world came to an abrupt halt when my laptop was not working properly. I had two professional people try to fix it to no avail. I contacted James and he had me up and running in a matter of minutes. In todays world...that is very important. We live in a "want it right now" world and that is what James gave me. I had scheduled an appointment with him, which turned out to be inconvenient and he graciously changed his plans to accommodate me, the customer. Another impressive thing is that he called me back the following day to follow up on his work. Now, isnt that amazing! Just as amazing as his fast, corrective work. Thank you, James, for providing wonderful computer work. I would recommend COMPUTERS BY JAMES to anyone and definately use his services anytime.
