Absolutely Awesome service! I cant say enough about Matt. He was honest and upfront with associated costs and what he had to do to complete the repair. I had a nasty virus; he got rid of it and restored my computer with all its files. The computer is old and not worth a lot but I was on a business trip and needed it back as fast as possible. I had it back the next day. My associate brought his laptop to Best Buy with a virus, they wanted $200. He brought to Matt and had it back and out the door for less than $80. I will probably consider PC Laser Tech in Columbia, SC for any of my computer issues as I trust them! Shipping will be worth it!!!

Took my computer for repair. The owner Jeff was very pleasant and professional excellent customer service was provided. May I also add my computer was repaired within a few days and its running like new. Jeff has also provided his expertise when I was looking to purchase a few more laptops for my church. The computers sold by this business are very dependable and reasonably priced. I would recommend this business for all your pc needs.

This is a very good place for computer repair. It is a small shop. Jeff, the main technician, is the one you tell your problems to, and hes the one who fixes them usually. His prices are very fair and hes fast. Weve had numerous problems over the years with computers and he has always served us very well.
