mi computadora encendia pero no se veia en la pantalla lo lleve a muchos talleres y me decian ke era la motherboard kise probar j&y computer pk un amigo me lo recomendo .ellos me dieron el diagnostic en 5 minutos medijieron que era problema de video el mismo problema ke les pasa a la consola de juegos y me dijieron ke me lo reparaban .al dia sigiente me llamo gian dandome la gradiosa noticia de ke mi computadora volvio a la vida y no tuve que cambiar ninguna parte y el precio fue fenomenal gracias j&y computers por devolverme la computadora a la vida si nesesitan un taller completo ke repare de todo j&y computers son los mejores ellos me lo comprobaron al reparar mi laptop cuando nadies podia.

I had vertical blue lines on my 27" late 2009 iMac, attempted to reflow the graphic card myself but broke something else in the process because the screen just went black. For 6 months, I searched for answers online but couldnt find anything. Contacted Apple Authorized Service Provider but they couldnt help because its an obsolete product. I was about to surrender in defeat and splurge for a new iMac when I try to find Apple service on Google as my last resort. I contacted a few shops with detailed background story and one of them even quoted me $500 to fix the screen. Then I found J&Y COMPUTERS with good reviews. I contacted GIAN and hes very nice that hes willing to pick my computer up at my house to run some diagnostic on it because its too heavy for me to lug it to his shop. He found the problem, fixed it, taught me a few tricks, dropped it off my house, and charged me 1/3 of what I was quoted from the other shop. I cant thank you enough.Youve just found yourself a lifelong customer. I will be recommending anyone I know to you. Thank you!!

mi computadora ensendia pero no daba imagen .muchos me decian ke era la motherboard un smigo me recomendo J&Y COMPUTERS.lleve mi laptop con ellos y me diacnosticaron ke era la tarjeta de video y ke me cobraban y si lo reparaban .a las 4 horas me llaman dandome la major noticia ke mi laptop estaba lista . muchas gracias ustedes son los mejores

I dropped my iPad Air the screen cracked . I called this store the young guy gave me an estimate and i took it there . he kept his word and charged me the price she had originally quoted The home button and touch screen still have that original flush fit and is not recessed or raised. The screen came out clean and does not have any smudge marks or scratches ... I was very happy with the outcome and recommended it to a girlfriend whose son had also damaged his I pad and she had a similar experience ... I will definitely use them again The staff was friendly and professional . Thank you guys!

Be aware, Stay Away!!! very dishonest shady people, high prices. I walked in there and I didnt even say what kind of laptop I had or showed it to them, I asked them to reset my password to get on my computer, they said it will take a whole day to reset the password and it would be $110, I walked out right away, I went to another shop and I kid you not, it took them 5 mins to reset it for $40!!! they asked me all kind of questions and then they asked to see the laptop, when they looked at it, they said ok, it will be $40. I would shop around if I were you!!

I dropped my iPhone last night and the screen shattered. I WAS considering buying a replacement phone, until my friend told me to look up alternatives. I immediately googled "iPhone screen repair NC" and J&Y Computers was the first thing I found. I am so glad I trusted all of the amazing reviews for this place because I made an appointment for the next morning and my iphone screen was fixed in only an hour and a half and for only $65 What an amazing find-I highly recommend this place!!

Great guys!! They fixed my old HP desktop tower that was loaded with spyware, malware, viruses and a lot of bad crap. They got rid of the viruses, malware, spyware, and bad files. They cleaned my computer thoroughly and it now runs great, like it did when I first got it. They also updated my virus protection with the best up to date anti-virus on the market. And this was all done for a very reasonable price, which my wallet appreciates!! Thanks guys!!

I really want to say something about this company. I walked in yesterday and had $100.00. And I also had money in my account. I met with the OWNER AND HE GAVE ME A GREAT DEAL ON A DELL LAPTOP. my point is: He was honest and told me to return if any issues. Took my Dell Studio duo core to them after it appeared to completely die. Not only did the tech fix the faulty connection in the screen, but he went through the computer and cleaned the fans and repaired several bad wires and connections (including the power button) that were grinding due to bad design in the screen hinges. Very friendly staff and competitive pricing.

He takes your temper glass off and keeps it and replaces it with a plastic protector... And he does not tell you that he has taken pieces from your phone that is not damage.. What a scam and he has the nerve to yell and call me a cheap tramp because I asked if he could replace the part that he stole off my phone... If you go there check your peices

I would recommend they to anyone that needs there IPhone fixed. I took my IPhone 5S it was completely broken the screen popped out and when I walked into jy computers a young man that was polite told me not to worry. They fixed my cellphone in less than 2 hours and it was like new. They did it for a great price also.

what can I say these guys know exactly what there doing I took in my desktop for a virus removal and more memory and these guys took care of it in a second. plus they charged me half off there regular price I was astounded if you want great deals and excellent service I suggest you go and check them out.

i took my computer to j&y computers and they narrowed down my problem in no time and charged me a really fair price and had excellent customer service and elaborated what i needed to do in the future to fix the problem if it ever occurred again. plus they like to take risks to give me more for my money.

Wow, once again gian came through and fixed another one of my banged up MacBooks. Excellent repair with replacement of hard drive with full data recovery, not to mention friendly, quick and reasonably priced service. Dont bother going to the Apple Store again. These guys have the skills!

Not only was I given a description of what was wrong with my computer along with it being repaired, I was given a price way below what I was willing to pay to have it fixed. They do a great job and I highly recommend them to anyone. I will definitely be using j&y computers again.
