Mark is a great person to deal with & extremely knowledgeable. I have been to many "computer repair" places over the years who shouldnt be in the computer repair business yet alone any business. In Florida, to find an honest and reputable A/C guy or electrician or plumber is a jewel - as most just want to replace entire units, kill you on the service cost or just plainly have no idea what they are doing. Mark is now in my phones contact list as "computer guy". Dont waste your time calling others because they are a mile or so closer or say they can do $10 less - as you will find out you should have gone to B&F from the start - so do yourself a favor and eliminate the headache that will ensue with using Bobs PC Repair & Tile Installation or some highly overpriced retail stores Geek squad or similar.

Marc has been a huge help with getting my computer cleaned and repaired. He even went beyond to help me when I had additional unexpected issues especially when one was required to call Microsoft and I was not able to do that due to my issue so he called them for me to find certain updates. He also took the time to answer and explain any questions or misconceptions I had regarding to computers and gaming. Unlike my last experience with the other computer repair service, Marc played several games on my computer to ensure it is actually working well and better yet, he is a gamer so he is well adverse with gaming demands. Marc and Velvet have provided a great customer service, an essential part to business, which they excel at!

So before I visited this store, I called them to ensure that they would be able to help me, the nice lady mentioned that they would assess the problem and then let me know what was wrong and the price. My Mac had a self addressed ip issue and I showed up after being told my mac might have a virus and I would get it back in about a day at another store. The gentleman behind the counter was extremely knowledgeable, fixed my problem in minutes and even suggested a better computer browser. I will definitely be returning if I have any other issues.

Very reliable always there when you need them . They have done everything from setting up our company website to doing our security cameras at our properties. Marc is a GREAT person to work with . Even if you are not computer savvy, he takes the time to explain so that you can at least feel comfortable and gain some tech knowledge. I highly recommend this company for all your needs :)

Great and thorough service, Mark helped me fix my newly built computer, which failed to boot, and he fixed it in less than a day. Great service at a reasonable price. Will definitely come back if I run into any computer issues that I wont be able to resolve by myself.

I wish I could rate them higher, I came here because I thought my laptop charging port was broken and I assumed it was gonna be pricey but a screw was just out and they fixed it on the spot for free!! Give them a chance theyre customer service is amazing!
