† *Patrick were the Best. Despite my best efforts I showed up an hour before closes and he was more than willing to explain in detail: Copiers. printers, binders, padfolios. Even 2 office chairs of the same brand/model were nlticably different He needs a Promotion ASAP! Ive never witnessed the true value Customer Relationship Mgmt until emcountering the utmost, superior communication flow and services treatment. Please give him the 27★★★★s Partick @ Melbourne Staples deserves! Thanks again Patrick! Patricks Brand Loyalty + Customer Engagement is the only reason I will be returning to this location - tomorrow!!

Purchased a printer to support a visiting Calvary Chapel missionary. Unknown to the store, the box had been opened and cleverly retaped. When I opened it, there were signs such as fingerprints on the install CD. Not knowing if there was any ink left in the cartridges, I repacked it and returned it to this Staples. The manager was thorough and professional recognizing the printer had been tampered with. He exchanged it. Many thanks for the quick replacement.

make sure if you buy something in a box - that it has everything in it that is supposed to come with it. purchased a desk - only to find out - the wood was there - but the screws were not. called - and they said they would have another one from another store shipped to their location, and we would receive a call from them when it arrived. we waited for 3 weeks - only to call THEM back. horrible customer service.

Nice staff but computer hardware (like hard drives) have display boxes on the shelf but they dont actually have them in stock. If I wanted to order and wait for the product to come I would just order online. I feel like if the product isnt in the store, the display boxes should be taken down or marked out of stock.

The return policy here is pathetic. After being told no to an exchange of a faulty wireless adapter, i found that the staff and manager have no interest in customer service. Although i dont want to take things to the corporate level, i am going too in this case. And i will never spend another dime at this store.

Only needed three copies of a large set of blueprints. Told me to take them apart so they could copy the pages i need but they would not be able to put them back together because "we dont have a big enough stapler." Meanwhile they sell big enough staplers. Waste of time

Will never ever set foot in there again. Waited and waited to get a simple proposal printed on my way to meet a client. I finally went to their color copier and it was "updating the database...". I ended up just walking out.

Total ripoff I was charged an extra .50 cents for having prints from my jump drive. And waiting for them, to avoid the charge I have to come back the next day. That sucks
