A few weeks ago I had major problem with my business computer. I can not run my business without some proprietary software and some files in the computer. I basically destroyed it by trying to replace a cooling fan myself. Someone highly recommended Mr. Chips . So thats where I took my damaged computer. Richard was somehow able to salvage and transfer all my data from the hard drive of the damaged computer onto a new computer. He did it faster than I ever expected and at an extremely fair price. Today , I just brought him another computer to see if he could get it running better. He spent a good part of the day working on it , and even upgraded the ram ..... and "no charge". I tried to give him cash . Nope Nada. No charge. He made quick work of resolving my issues and super reasonable on price .

They did a very good job transferring my clients data over after nuking the computer to factory state, however, finding an unactivated windows 7 (They didnt even type the product key into Windows), not installing all the drivers (easily identified in Device Manager), finding malware on A FRESH INSTALL OF WINDOWS and installing software that is not recommended for new computer users/ users with impairments is very concerning. We rely on businesses that are local to our customers to assist us with jobs we cannot perform without driving from New Jersey to the state they live in. I would not recommend them based off of the experience Ive had with the work they performed. I cannot speak for their customer service as my client is the one who dealt with them, I am only reviewing their work.

If I could have rated 0 of 5 stars, but Google would not let me. I have seen this guy rip people off left and right. Then he ripped me off. I once witnessed him pull a $5 scam on a grocery clerk. He will try and sell you a "refurbished" system. But be warned, he cuts corners every chance he gets just to save a couple of cents. These are used systems. He will say that he puts in new parts, but his "new" parts are used. This guy, Richard, is so cheap he doesnt even pay taxes, but he will charge you for them. Most of his "new" products are just bought from SAMs or some other discount store of the same. You could save some money and regret by just going there yourself. If you want real service and support, I suggest trying someplace else. Try Bits

Took my printer to get fixed on Saturday, called on Monday and told "It had to sit for a while". Called on Tuesday and told "They lost a spring". Called on Wednesday and told "They fixed it but there was a cartridge error". When I went to pick it up I was told by the owner that they put crazy glue on the broken part and charged me $37.00 and if it doesnt work when I take it home then I should just buy a new one, and of course, it did not work. Worst customer service I have ever recieved. I could have done a better job than them. I do not recommend going to this place.

Seriously, take warning. The guy wasted no time trying to tell me I was ripped off and I need to buy his product. Offered no real help. Only interested in trying to sell me stuff I know I dont need. Do not waste your time and money at this racket.

Not a very pleasant person to talk too. He very much dominated the conversation and over talked me every chance he got. If you want someone who is patient in listening to what the problem is, do not call this company!
