UPDATE 08/22: PHONE REPAIRED BY OWNER Since my last review the owner reached out to me and personally offered to fix my phone. I trust that he did and so far over the last two weeks the phone has functioned as it should. I am providing this update as he did make good on his promise to perform the repair and did it well. The reason for my star rating is because in the end it worked out okay so I cant give a one star review but the process in entirety was still stressful. UPDATE 07/06: READ THIS HONEST REVIEW IF YOU DONT WANT TO GET RIPPED OFF. YOU DONT HAVE TO BELIEVE ME BUT I AM BEING HONEST My first interaction was great when they changed my screen. I brought them a phone that was being used perfectly with a broken screen (one long crack not shattered). No issues with the functionality of the phone itself. The new screen they gave me was whitewashed and hte colour was off but they told me that is normal because they do not use OEM screens to replace. My husband decided not to fuss because he needed his phone. Then within 2 weeks we started having major touch screen issues. I was given every excuse in the book and even told that my phone need to be fixed by Apple now because of the bending issue. Costing me another $150. After several attempts to figure out the issue (they held the phone for a week without even calling me with an update). I kept calling and the owner Mikhail finally was able to speak to me. He explained in a very long conversation that he is qualified (Apple denied this) to fix it. He told me that my phone was subject to the bending issue with the first set of 6+ models that were released. Not feeling very confident as I had received so many different stories from the Fix Apple Now store at this time that I indicated to him that I would like to have it reviewed at the Apple store. He wanted to put a shattered OEM screen (not even my old one) back on the phone and give me a refund. I explained to him that this was not tolerable as the screen I brought to he store was barely damaged with one small line. I also explained that this was disappointing because i brought him a working phone and due to his non qualified staff, I now have a phone that is not able to be used. He then agreed to have me pick up the phone and take it into Apple for diagnosis. TURNS OUT, MY PHONE DOES NOT EVEN QUALIFY FOR THE BENDING ISSUE. The serial number was not a part of that manufacturing line. When Apple did the diagnosis, they indicated what when they changed the screen they damaged the board beneath so bad that it cant even be repaired in house, they have to send it to the depot to be repaired and will more than likely end up as a replacement. I called Fix Apple Now in Weston in an attempt of good faith to let Mikhail know that the phone, at this point, would cost $329 to be replaced. Surprise surprise, I have been calling for a week now and I have not gotten a response. I decided after being told today that he would not be able to speak to me for 2 weeks, to revise my review and provide you the customers with an update. I was holding back in an effort an update to the review to give them the opportunity to fix their wrong doing. This however doesnt seem likely to happen so I am letting you all know, just go to Apple to get your screen fixed, it is only about $35 more at Apple than at this store and you will get great service, OEM parts, and any further damage will be fixed by those who sold you the phone. I got duped and i wouldnt want the same for anyone else. OLD REVIEW!!! Awesome experience and fast service. Pleasant dealing with staff both on the phone and in person. Highly recommended this provider!!!

I dropped my brand new IPAD 3 & the screen broke. I purchased a new glass on amazon & had my friend fix it. The swipe no longer worked. I brought it to a place in Broward (same type of fix it now store) they charged to put the screen on the right way & it still did not work. Was going to mail it away, Charged to mail it, kept it 6 wks and it never was even sent nor repaired. Went to Apple store in Aventura, they said make an appt and they will replace it, Appt made for Galleria Apple store next day. Went there they said they cant do anything since 3rd party touched it. Called Apple cust svc & after 1 hour they said return it and they will replace with new one 1/2 price, After they received it, they called and said it cant be fixed. They sent it back. I have been heartbroken since (October 2012). I heard about fixapplenow from my dr in rehab and called and explained my situation to Mikhail & he said bring it in. I brought it, he called me the next day & said it needs a new connector & he needed to order it. He informed me there is no guarantee though he would try. At this point I had nothing to lose. He called me as promised & was SUCCESSFUL. I picked up the IPAD today & it looks & works like I just purchased it. If anyone ever has an APPLE question or problem with their device, I would suggest to call here first. The service is phenomenal and Mikhail is very helpful and caring. It was also a very reasonable price. I am so happy!

This reviews is to correct a undeserved 1 star prior review, where I incorrectly blamed them for replacing a battery that did not fix the issue. I thought I had a faulty battery, as I was getting only 2.5 hour battery time in a MacBook Pro retina display. They ran a diagnosis, which seemed to confirm that the battery was defective. It did not solve the issue, so I wrote a poor review. They called me and explained their 90 day guarantee, also that it very difficult to diagnosis with absolute certainty a battery drain issue, as it might be happening for other reasons, including software. They asked me to allow them to try a new battery and to run more detailed diagnostics. I did this. They found out that my battery was fine and that it was the motherboard. They refunded me the $148 I had paid in full,l and reinstalled my old battery. I wanted them to charge their $25 diagnostic fee, but they refused to accept it. I am totally impressed by their level of customer service, their commitment to stand behind their warranty, and the fact that they called me to see what they could do to correct my complaint. In hindsight, the correct thing would have been for me to call them once I discovered that my battery life was unchanged, and not to have written a poor review, which was totally unjustified.

Took iPad 2 in for an estimate of repairs for the headphone jack. Mikhail checked my device & advised of 2 possibilities; a loose connection or complete audio part malfunction. He provided 2 quotes, depending on what he found with a completion date. He called on the promised delivery date & said that after a complete audio diagnostic check of the new audio part against the already installed one in the device, he found the original working fine & possibly was a software glitch with a downloaded app. He said the device was working properly and ready for pick-up. Mikhail was very pleasant to deal with and I found him extremely knowledgeable. Of the 2 quotes he provided, he discounted the lower one and I was surprised with his generosity and integrity of not selling me an unnecessary new part. Without hesitation I would recommend Fix Apple Now to any Apple device owner who may need any repair of any device. I consider them the “go-to” repair shop if I needed any future repairs.
