These people took my laptop to repair it, never called me to tell me its was ready to be picked up. I called them to see if it was ready and was told by the manager, sorry we didnt call you, but its ready. I said I will come by Saturday and was told thats fine. I get there today to get my laptop and was told by John, we ceased your laptop!!!!! WTF, I said what does that mean, he says its not here its gone because you didnt come to get it!!!! Really, are you serious? I was referred to this place by a friend and Im so disgusted that they literally STOLE a $800 laptop and seem to have no regard for the fact that they NEVER called me to say it was ready for pick up! I would think twice before doing business with these folks!!

Their quality of service is falling off.... have both of my laptops there...one is a MAC which they cant seem to find s replacement part for...its been in their shop since April. A month ago or so, i dropped off my PC. Dude told me hed call me in a few days , and provide an account of the details. He never did. When i called , some service rep was snarky with me. So I went on Saturday, but the pparking lot was blocked off. So i called earlier this week and come to find out, its been done for 3 weeks! No courtesy call or anything! I need to find a new shop.

Ive never been here before. Never been a customer. When I came by today looking for some motherboard standoffs and screws I forgot I needed for my upgrade the staff was friendly and helpful. They even just let me have them! Remember when reading these reviews that people are more motivated to leave a bad review than a good one. Everyone makes mistakes, but if they bring the same caring and integrity to their work that I experienced I think your computer will be in good hands.

I cant speak for others but my experience with these people has been excellent. Every service I have asked of them has worked out great for me. I have recommended them to friends and they have all been perfectly satisfied with the results of their work and advice. I will continue recommending them and using them unless I stop liking the service Im getting.
