CPR at the Arboretum is the best! Verizon couldnt help me and "UBreakIFix" told me they could do nothing for me unless I sourced some part on my own. I took my phone into CPR as a last ditch effort to recover priceless memories that hadnt backed up on the cloud. When I walked in the lady at the counter was very polite and I even overheard her go above and beyond for the customer ahead of me with a discount. After 5 minutes of looking at my phone, the manager Jessica came out and my phone was working! She didnt even have to order the part! It was an easy fix (for her) and she was EXTREMELY reasonable with the cost of the repair. I would recommend CPR to everyone! Thanks Jessica!

I took my 13 month iPhone 6 into Apple for repair after it stopped registering when I was touching it and then completely died. They were willing to swap out for a new phone, for about half off retail. They told me it was essentially dead and didnt have a great reason why. I took it to CPR to see if they could fix it. They did a free diagnostic check, figured out the problem, then fixed it. They also called me before performing the repair. That took less than a day. It saved me $150 and I have my phone back and dont have to worry about my last iCloud backup. Nice guys. Very courteous. Very pleased with the whole experience. Id highly recommend them.

I was having problems with my cell phone not charging or holding a charge. It also had a cracked screen and a broken speaker. I contemplated purchasing a new phone when I went to CPR - Arboretum; however, after assessing the damage, they informed me that everything could be fixed at a fraction of the cost of a new phone. My phone works perfectly now. I appreciate their honesty and opinion. I have used them twice and live 45 minutes away, I wouldnt go any where else! I highly recommend them and will use them in the future.

Yesterday - I left a bad review of the CPR shop at the arboretum. I was contacted by the owner of the business in less than 24 hours and he was able to properly/professionally resolve our issue. Im removing my comments made and will say that the owner of this business does care about his customers and cares about the services they provide. Hopefully the mishaps that occurred will never happen again 1star for my original experience, 5stars for the owners response and resolution.

Excellent service!! i had my iPhone 6 screen replaced at the University location and i wasnt even out of the parking lot yet! i took my phone to the CPR at the arboretum and they said the issue was the screen going out. its hard to believe that 5 minutes after having a new one put on that it was already bad. Needless to say Jessica was extremely knowlagable and very very helpful. Hopefully the screen doesnt crack again but if it does i will only be visiting the arboretum location.

Spent an hour w/ extremely courteous staff, probably 2 wks ago. Young man, G., taught me much re: my android. Trouble shot, spent time as I shopped neighorring stores, ready B4 I returned. (Determined would cost more to retrieve lost data than ready to spend on last my last HTC One M9 than wanting to spend now). Impression was: Ill return again, not only f/ this &, rather than mess w/ wasting my time to get into So. Park Mall f/ i-Pad repairs, Id use CPR, Apple warranty or not!

Ive been to this store multiple times and have never had a bad experience! The staff is very friendly and helpful. The first time I went, the young lady at the front desk chatted with me while I waited for my phone to be fixed and answered all of my questions about different products they were selling in the store. They couldnt have been nicer and they are always my first recommendation when I see one of my friends with a broken phone.

I am updating my review from May 1st (yesterday). The general manager from CPR called me today and apologized for the mix-up on Sunday and made things right for me. He was very responsive, sincere and we received our iPad back and CPR did excellent work. I am updating my experience from 1 star to 5 stars as the GM is truly concerned about the satisfaction of his customers. I appreciate his responsiveness. I will now use them again.

I "accidentally" dropped my phone and was scheduled to leave on a trip the next day and could not be without it and wasnt sure what to do. I was at CPR-Arboretum at opening time the next day and had the phone back in my hands 30 minutes later and it was as good as new and the cost was substantially less than a quote from a competitor. Friendly and quick customer service is a rarity today but this experience was a pleasant surprise.

Waited for over 30 minutes even though there were only 2 people in front of me. When I finally got to the front and showed him my cracked iPhone screen he said "we only have black iPhone screens right now." I have a white iPhone so I said obviously I dont want that. He said "maybe" well have the white screens in tomorrow or the next day and sent me out. No apology for wait time or lack of products. Waste of my time.

Had to replace a headphone jack on my iPhone 6 and it was repaired in under 2 hours for $70. Well worth it! Would have taken less time but they tried to save me money by cleaning the contacts first. (Imagine that!) Although they did wind up replacing the jack, I really appreciated them trying to save me money, even though I had authorized them to replace the part. Remarkable service!!

Very professional group of individuals dedicated to providing great service. I dropped off my phone and returned later to find it fixed and when I asked the price they said no charge since the repair did not require any parts but only a weld to a connection. I was very surprised and happy and will return the next time my phone is in need of repair

I wish I could give more than a 5 star rating. The staff, especially the store manager, went above and beyond in providing me customer service. They fixed my phone cheaper and faster than I had expected. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for cellphone repair and will definitely go back if I drop my phone in the ocean again. Absolutely outstanding. I have been a service manager for most of my working career, and I know what makes for outstanding service. This store has it! I wont go into details about my repair, but it was fast, very reasonably priced and they have earned my business and that of anyone asking me where to take their phones for repair in the future.

Raj and Ian had a horrible weekend with me, trying to get two phones repaired. Parts issues, computer issues, it was crazy. They were unfailingly polite, determined to overcome the problems, and never stopped working, going all out to make sure the two phones were working. I highly recommend their performance and attitude.
