A sad ghost town. Most shops are empty and the halls and facilities are in disrepair. I wish they would encourage more small businesses to set up and do some renovations to make this a vibrant, useful space for the community.

Pretty much a barren waste land. Hopefully theres plans in the near future for something. But not another APARTMENT COMPLEX ASHEVILLE! ENOUGH WITH THE OVERPRICED DRYWALL PLEASE.
HO

No mall. Just old strip stores, most of them are all discount type stores except for the rather new Office Max. You get the feeling that you wouldnt want to be here after dark.
GA
Gabriel Gibson
An okay shopping location concerning the downstairs. Upstairs is all but deserted but the structure as a whole is a decently preserved gem of the early American shopping mall.
MA
Marcos Gutierrez
It is a little dated but not a bad. Some businesses in or very near this plaza includes Plasma Biological Services, Macdonalds, Burger King, Happy Jacks and a few others.
JU

Rundown and dilapidated. Mostly filled with homeless people and beggars outside who take turns sitting in a shared wheel chair with a cardboard sign.

Very old mall. Few stores inside. Has a small tag/title DMV office. The stores on the outer mall are nice (Office Depot, Best Buys, Dollar General).

What a dump of a place. This mall needs to be torn down. An OLD Big Lots anchors this mall and that should be all that needs to be said.
