DO NOT BUY ROOMS TO GO. YOU WILL REGRET IT. I gave it a 1 because it was the only way to write a review. On July 28th 2016, we went to rooms to go Asheville. We bought, CASH, a princess bedroom set with two full beds. In the color silver. The day of delivery they brought in the both beds and the dresser everything damaged. No finish on the paint, brown spots all over scratches and dents. We called Rooms To Go at the store and they said they couldnt do anything for us so we called Rooms to Go customer service and they said they were going to see what they could do for us, even though we bought the guaranty. They even ordered the wrong size mattresses and later they wanted me to cover the difference for their mistake. We had to buy the mattresses somewhere else and have them return the difference $$ to our account. Two weeks later they sent somebody to check on the paint and he only said "well, Ill report it, but, its out of my hands because the paint I brought doesnt match". TODAY, we thought we were getting a complete exchange, but we only got bits and pieces. Some that couldnt even be exchanged as they well so damaged. The delivery people were so ashamed they didnt even got it inside my house. Be aware they will refuse to work with you. They Dont want to return money even though what they deliver is mediocre. As Im still working on this I will update later. But I think its better to the other agencies involved.

listen here people, Asheville mall is pretty unique I mean I have never been to mall that had this many top brand name stores. Abercrombie is Closing so many stores in California Oregon Washington . and look at how lucky u folks have it. u have Abercrombie.Hollister. American Eagle. Eddie Bauer the list is amazing in my books. what makes Asheville more weathy then other citys in the USA> talk about ANF Santa Cruz California. San Francisco Spokane Oregon they have closed 56 Abercrombie store in Oregon California Washington state. There must be a lot of witch people living in Asheville. I say lets pull out of the middle east before Abercrombie and many more store close. The USA economy is really sad. $$$$$$$$$$$$ Asheville mall is one of the much better malls I traveled too. now I want to say North Carolina might have a lot rich politicians and a good happy attitude but its only so long before Asheville is sucked into the rest of the USA. I got news let pull out of the USA our many of our favorite stores like Abercrombie could file Chapter 11.

Older mall, no doubt, yet maintains anchor stores unlike so many other malls of the same era which are in decline. Most spaces are leased, and a highlight are some lesser known offerings like the larger Encore version of Shoe Dept, As Seen on TV Plus, and Earthbound Traders. With a decent food court, Planet Smoothie and Starbucks, its a good place to spend some time when we visit this area. I get a little bit turned around... the wing that was added on back in the 1980s makes Belks a pass through store, even with the "back" corridor. Traffic near the mall is a bit of a headache. I used to think parking was lacking until I finally ventured around to the parking decks. The good thing about its location is that its close to other specialty stores like Kitchen & Co. and the Hanes Outlet plus usual chains like Bed Bath & Beyond and Dicks Sporting Goods.

This mall is extremely outdated and lacks a lot of qualities that are necessary in keeping it thriving. The store selections are pretty basic, even though the fact that there will be an H&M is cool. The food court currently has two empty spots, which is ridiculous in my mind. The entire thing is definitely in need of some renovations. The carpet needs to be replaced to something more modern, the door handles and bathrooms (including the tile and sinks) are really disgusting. Once when I was there, the roof was leaking because of the rain. The mall employees are very kind; I have nothing bad to say about individual stores themselves, but that isnt enough to bring up the ratings of this mall. I definitely do not recommend this mall if you want a pleasurable shopping experience. I would wait and send my business to the Asheville Outlets.

Has the usual anchor stores. Parking is a complete nightmare. I honestly dont think I have experienced such a crowed and poorly laid out parking lot anywhere else. I can only imagine how many accidents and doors being opened into the car next to them ding damage happens at this mall. Seriously, the parking lot has to be the 7th level of hell. Mall itself is under construction for remodeling. The actual mall is as poorly laid out as the parking lot. The architect that designed this mall and parking lot should consider making a career change, because they seriously have 0 knowledge of vehicle and pedestrian traffic flow, and equally have 0 concept of spatial room needed to accommodate typical vehicle parking needs. I can only imagine what a cluster flub this mall is during the holiday shopping season.

Its a mall but actually one that I like more than most. I get tired of walking through malls that are 99% clothes, an eclectic chop or two, gamestop, overpriced sports stores and cell phone vendors out the wazoo with some token man store. At least here a guy can go to the upper level of Sears, look at some tools and guy stuff, grab a suped up coffe from starbucks and look for a book in barnes and noble. parking and access arent bad unless its Christmas season. If management wants a suggestion, get some better displays of cool guy stuff in strategic locations so while the ladies shop in a store that the guy isnt sitting out there looking like a zombie slave on some bench.

Theyre okay. The mall isnt as it used to be at its peak in the early 2010s. It just seems to be a lot of entitled high school aged kids who get dropped off by their parents and clown around. I am just there to shop, not to watch a terrible episode of a teenage soap opera. Also, my friend got harassed by the so-called security there for wearing an "inappropriate" outfit. Her skirt was literally down to her knees. There needs to be some changes before I can give it a better rating. I still like going with my friends to get together and buy what we need. Earthbound and Hot Topic are still pretty niche, but again everything has changed and not always for the better.

This is a great mall, with all of your typical mall shops that you might expect. The place is clean, with plenty of things to do and see while you shop. This mall isnt nearly as dead as many of the malls around America now are. This is still the place to come in Asheville if youre looking to get a clothes, electronics, or just miscellaneous gear. Unfortunately, there are also a lot of hawkers in the middle of the area that tend to bother you while youre shopping around. Im sorry, people, but I could not be less interested in whatever lotion youre trying to sell. I wish they would leave my friends and I alone so we could shop in peace.
