The place has nice stores and looks glorious but.....i hate the layout and the overall feel of the mall. The layout is insane because the mall is all outside and split in two halves, when your done one side you have to literally cross the street to get to the other side. The cars are constantly beeping which creates a even worse shopping experience. Its very loud and its very hard to talk over the heavy traffic right in the middle of the mall. Also the mall provides very little shade and that is bad especially in Floridas sun rays. There are literally people crowded up under a shade umbrella trying to avoid the sun while people like me have to burn in broad daylight. The outlets seem to be more expensive to, a bit more higher priced then what i see in an actual mall. For example the Dillards i saw had shirts for double the price compared to regular mall prices. There are better malls in Tampa. The new Tampa Premium outlets is way nicer. The mall has outlets and seems to be more better priced. The mall also has more of a beach vibe to it. While wireglass has a heavy traffic loud city vibe. Not to mention in Tampa Premium Outlets there is alot more shade to hide from Floridas harmful rays. Not recommend at all. But hey if harmful exposure to the sun, loud cars, and high prices is your jam, well its the mall for YOU!!!!

This is a really nice outdoor mall with plenty of shopping and dining options. Id say the best dining options are PrimeBar, Grillsmith, and Cantina Laredo (if you want Mexican) all near one another. The Brass Tap is great for craft beer and sometimes live music afterwards. The one thing this mall is missing is a childrens play area. Theres an open area right in the middle where kids can take a trolley (for money) but really theres nothing for kids to do, so its a big letdown and they obviously dont want kids running around. Also theres a parking garage on the north side that is under used and kind of a secret parking spot. Id definitely suggest parking there as its centrally located and keeps your car cool out of the summer sun.

I love shopping here (except for when its 90 outside) because its so open and you get to smell the fresh air as you window shop instead of being stuck inside an indoor mall. Everything is outside. The only thing is that theres no food court. But there are a few places to get snacks and plenty of restaurants to choose from (Pinchers: Seafood, Grillsmith: Steak, and Yamato: Japanese Habatchi). Theres even a Panera Bread! I love that they have a giant Barnes and Noble (2 floors). They have so many stores. But BEWARE because the parking can get hard on weekends and nights. This is an outdoor mall, and there is no overhead cover from the Florida Sun. Parking is a distinct challenge with it not being a common for our family to have to circle the establishment at least once trying to find a good parking spot. However it is always busy and quite a place to check out if your people watching. When the weather cools off towards Christmas they have a fantastic Christmas show with huge lights and coordinated trees that are used in a great production using Trans-Siberian orchestra music.

This mall has TERRIFIC stores!!! I just wish it was a normal mall and not all outside. Its WAY too hot to walk around during the day. And sadly when its raining and you think about going to the mall to hang out, this mall isnt an option. Parking is ALWAYS an issue at whatever time you go. Its always hard to find a spot. The food places here are top notch! Awesome spots for casual and classy dinner. During the holidays they have a very nice tree and light display you wont want to miss.

Its set up like an old main street with all the shops in a centralized location with a street running through the middle. This is convenient if you want to run in quickly to one of the stores. Not so convenient in the rain or cold. There is a parking garage in the back so your car doesnt have to be in the sun on a hot day. The spaces in the main street have meters on them. Theres a good food selection here and they try to have special events during the holidays and on weekends.

Im not a huge fan of malls but this location is pretty nice. It is all outside so when Its summer prepare to bring a mini fan! Most of the restaurants are packed into a single alley which is nice for comparative food decision making. There is also a Brass Tap near the restaurants. Id stay away from the Cantina (the food isnt good and its fairly expensive). Like I said before Im not a huge fan of malls so I cannot expressly comment on the retail stores.

Florida is known for their outdoor malls and this place is great. A train ride for the kids and outdoor space for dogs. I go especially for my pedicure at Venetian nail spa and hair at Aveda. Shopping is good too. In the winter they have a big Christmas lighting ceremony with a snow machine and activities for the kids. They also have an outdoor rink. Its a wonderful place to beat the winter blues and feel like a kid again.

I absolutely adore this place. At night, its beautiful. Theres soft white lights rapped around the trees that line the sidewalks, and music playing all throughout the shopping mall. Their store selection is very good, as well. They also have attractions there from time to time, my family and I just attended a car show a couple of weeks ago and it was great. (Christmas time is beautiful there, too.)

The layout of the place is really good. The shops are really typical for any mall. Same shops occasionally there are one or two new business that are seasonal or just looking for the right location for business. I enjoy when they have random events going on or during christmas they have a few things happining. Its a bit overpriced but hey, they have a Starbucks and a tattoo place so Im all for it.

Best outdoor mall Ive visited. Lots of restaurants and some let kids eat free. This place has a little bit of everything. And if youre interested, take a ride on the train with your kids. The holidays are the best here too because there is music, lights, giant trees, and even snow! Yes snow, by strategically placing snow machines on lamp posts and turning a small section into a winter wonderland.

Not my favorite mall. I used to work here and it does have a few good places still, but I do think that things have gone down hill since the opening of the outlet mall. But I love there fresh market and there celebrations it gets people out there and shopping and that is a wonderful idea to help contribute to the local community to A+ on that for sure.

Nice mall with a lot of options for stores. The idea of everything being open to the outside is a unique perspective on a mall but does get hot when its 98° out and youre shopping in several places. The restrooms I used (by forever 21) were very hot inside. It almost made me nauseated. It was a clean place with an inviting atmosphere overall.
