This outlet is nice and clean. The parking lot is often completely packed during peak days. Although the stores are obviously indoors, much of the paths that connect the stores are outside. The outdoor walkways are between the stores. The building was formerly a conventional indoor mall; but, a massive renovation has creatively transformed the former interior halls into outdoor sidewalks and benches. The advantage is that customers get an outdoor experience without the heat and constant exposure to parking lot traffic.

This mall has done nothing but push the reset button on an unsuccessful location and I fear is doomed the same fate. Like its predecessor it is in a poor location, is architecturally uninteresting (the open air concept is unlikely to keep business thriving in the winter months), and whose shops are typical and nothing worth going out of your way for. Like the Biltmore Square Mall it has met initial success though once its newness wears off it will likely also meet a long, excruciating downfall.

The outlets are ok, nothing special. The food court is not a food court, maybe 2 choices now but they do have a Starbucks. When the weather is great then its not bad to walk around however if its raining, cold or too hot its not that great to walk around and enjoy your shopping experience. The prices seem to be the usual prices of their non outlet store, can find deals here and there but no different than you could at the regular mall.

This mall has a lot of shops and is clean and well laid out. Parking can be an issue on the street side, driving around to the back is your best option. The Public Safety officers can be a bit aggressive about loading unloading passengers, by asking you to move on if you stop too long by the curb. There is only one restaurant in the mall right now and its not good at all, so plan to leave for lunch or dinner.

Still i dont think it was nessitory to knock down a huge mall and put a much smaller one on top. All they needed to do to biltmore was to add some good stores like H&M or F21. I like this mall but it is small has expensive stores and is crowded. I only drive 2hrs for dillards clearance center. Nice but Asheville just wasted lots of money when they could of just improved the older mall.

Meh... Its better than not having it at all. My wife likes having Justice there, but their J Crew is one of the most pathetic locations Ive ever visited. The Banana Republic Factory Store is pretty awful, too. I think of this as more of an outdoor mall rather than an "outlet" as the deals really arent there. So, if you go in expecting discounts, you will be very disappointed.

Awesome outlets located southwest of Asheville proper. Has a great range of shops, what you would expect at most outlets. The restoration hardware outlet was a GREAT find, not many exist. Highly recommend looking at their website before going to familiarize yourself with the stores available here. Huge Dillards here as well. Nice little food court.

Pleasantly surprised to find an outlet mall with new look, plenty of updated stores and ample parking. Not much in the way of food in the mall, but it is surrounded by at least three outstanding restaurants and some fast food. Between the outlet mall and local accommodations, this is one of the best exits to stay when visiting the Asheville area.

Well laid out and accessible. Lots of great stores with good prices (exception: Brooks Brothers, very expensive as always). Found some great deals on clothing, suits and casuals. Great gift items, too. Expect to spend at least two to four hours here, especially if shopping with folks who want to look at EVERYTHING! Overall, a good experience.

I love this place!!! Im so glad Asheville got one and put it close to Candler! Its actually in a good location right off the interstate. It has a dog restroom and fresh water fountain! !!! Ive never seen that before. Also, there is a charge area for electric powered vehicles. There is a nice selection of shops and its growing every day.

I went to the mall as soon as it opened after a decent snowfall. This proved to be a good move as not many people wanted to come out and there were some GREAT sales going on at the time. The food court could have more options (reason for 4 stars), otherwise it is a solid outlet mall!

This shopping mall has everything! Its as good if not better than going to the outdoor shopping mall in Franklin TN. It has every shop imaginable, and a food cort too! And lots of places to set, so if you have an elderly person with you theres a bench for them to rest at.

I like this outlet for the variety of stores as well as the whole layout itself. It kind of circles around itself so your not walking forever from one end to another. I have found very good deals every time Ive shopped here! I can see myself shopping here quite often.

Most people equate an outlet mall for great sales on items all year round. But its just another mall with Asheville Prices, HIGH!. Your better off going to Burlington coat factory in Greenville SC if its clothes your shopping for, especially for back to school.

I went looking for formal wear. I tried on $3000 beaded gowns that were being sold for under $200, because 1 or 2 inch long sections of beads were missing. They are sold with the extra packet of beads and fixing the gown took 20 minutes. Crazy low prices.

Lots of shopping, easy parking. There are great shops to choose from like Field and Stream, VF Outlet, Coach, Nike and more. Its dog friendly, theres a Starbucks and lots of parking on both sides of the mall. The food court has three places to choose from.

Im not much of a mall person but this is a really neat outside spot. The open air environment is really nice and theres lots of things to do. Be sure to swing by the beef jerky outlet as they have a bunch of great flavors and they offer free samples.

Prices were amazing! .... before Ive had some experience visiting Outlet malls in Ellenton, FL and Charlotte, NC, but I really liked to buy my new clothing and shoes in Asheville Outlets... The beautiful nature and mountains views were a plus....

Small but wonderful. My husband loved the beef jerky outlet and the whole family found some good deals. The food court and restrooms were adequate and clean. But the best place for lunch was Starbucks if you are seeking a lighter healthier fare.

I moved here a little over a year ago and I thought there was no place for me to shop. But all the beautiful shops that Ive missed in Florida are now here; so thank you for that! Outdoor shopping for everything you need & want. Its Perfect!

This place use to be an old run down indoor mall till someone thought of turning it into this cool outdoor outlet center with tons of shops! Really neat place to go. Herd they have food trucks there but i havent checked that out yet.
