I dont like hobby lobby to begin with. But I went here for something because they were the only people who had them at the time. It was sold out at Michaels. And the employees were very rude. There was an item marked as 19.99 that I knew from their website was 4.99 and when I showed them to the cashier she did everything to get someone to check but they both stood there and were saying "these items dont even look the same". When I knew for a fact there were absolutely the same. Same description and pictures on the physical product as on their website. The employee that came to us to go check the price was very rude. It was all sorted out in the end and of course, I was right. They tried to gip us out of 19.99 and Im positive that they have done to other people. An item that only one was left! Others had to have either bought them and not question it, or bought them and did and they still hadnt changed to the actual price.

Stopped in our new Hobby Lobby on Thursday. Its beautiful, I had an hour and a half to spend shopping, through that would be more than enough time to shop the whole store, WRONG! I only made it through half the store. I cant wait to go back. Even my husband loved shopping there, and believe me he hates shopping. I had to tell him that we had to leave, he said, "They really have some nice things and good prices too." So I know Ill have no problem getting him back. I didnt get to their Christmas section but I can hardly wait to see what they have. Great addition to Asheville.

WOW!! This place has everything I never knew I needed. I cant wait to go back. I would have given it 5 stars if it wasnt for the fact that numerous items I looked at had no pricing. This is my #1 frustration when shopping.**UPDATE ** I dropped a star on my rating due to extremely rude and condescending manager. Cashier was kind enough to agree with my position and apologize to me in front of her unprofessional supervisor.

Its big and a bit overwhelming at first but there is such a great selection of items. I went a week before Thanksgiving. Most of the Christmas items were on sale and they had great 40% to 50% on both Christmas and other items. I enjoyed my visit. The staff were really friendly and conversational.

I love the environment of this place. It is very calm and it is usually easy to find what I need. My only complaints are the prices and the narrow aisles. Michaels is just across the street and they offer lower prices and have sales all the time. Overall, it is a good place to shop.
