I went to Hobby Lobby to buy 4 pieces 1 foot long each of K&S engineering .020 music wire for which I was charged $9.99 for the 4 pieces. Upon coming home I looked up the exact same purchase on Amazon & Hobby Linc (an online model railroad hobby shop) and to my amazement found out that their price was 69 cents for the same purchase. HOBBY LOBBY RIPPED ME OFF. I called and spoke to the store manager CHRIS who acted like he was a recruit of the store sales force. He did after some prompting look up the item by going to where the item was hung up and confirm the $9.99 price .After giving him the item # I thought he could look it up on the computer instead of making me wait He said "I have to look at the item" I had thought that the item was mis priced since several places were selling the same item for 7% yes I said 7% of what Hobby Lobb y charged me. I went back and demanded a refund which I was given. MY ADVICE MAKE SURE YOU KNOW THE COST OF THE ITEM AND DON`T LET HOBBY LOBBY RIP YOU OFF.

I had an amazing visit to this store today. I was just going to pop in and use the app coupon when I couldnt get my wi-fi going in the store. Would you believe a store employee tried to get my wi-fi up and going on my phone and when he couldnt he pulled up the coupon on his own phone for me! Of course, I bought more then just the 40% coupon and he told me where to find him when I was ready to check out. Dear store manager you MUST know what a valued worker you have with Alberto!!!! Alberto went over and beyond what he was required to do...very well done!!!

This place is ridiculous for customer service!! Ive spent so much wasted time digging and looking for items because no isles are labeled, and no one who works here wants to help! When they ask if you found everything on the answer is always a big NO! And they then ask as youre checking out if they can help you! The managers run by customers as fast as they can so they will not be stopped, and anyone else who works here literally hides from customers! The prices arent even that reduced to make this place worth it anymore!

Overall I do love the selection in the decor items, party and jewellery areas. I find that it is sometimes impossible to find someone to assist you. As a quilter the selection of fabric is sad, for a store this size, the selection should be virtually endless. Very little licensed fabric choices, very little flannel. Just disappointing! Overall the shopping experience is pleasant and with the exception of the fabric section there are plenty of choices offered.

I dont know how this guy got the job. He was Nate, the costumer service manager. He looked so annoyed he had to help us. And he made it so difficult to check out. When we were shocked by the price of something. And we told him that we thought it was on sale. He gave us the rudest look. Five starts to the store its self. Very creative and beautiful decor items.

Hobby Lobby seems like a pretty cool store. For those of you from the northeast, its kind of a cross between Home Goods and Michaels. Their prices are what you would expect from this type of store. When Ive interacted with the staff, theyve always been friendly and helpful. Overall, a pretty good shopping experience.

This store is amazing! Beautiful selections! Prices are a little high but if your looking for unique items...this is the place to get it, from home decor, wedding sets ups, beach themes, western themes, arts and crafts...etc!!!! Download a coupon if you can. Caution can be additive!! <3

Great home decor items, you can find almost everything you need at this store. I purchased some leather reupholster a computer chair and some additional home items. Employees were very helpful and the shelves were in clean orderly state, which certainly helps finding things.

Slighty cheaper than Michaels and 100% appealing to all my creative sides. The staff are very helpful in helping you find items and collaborate ideas! The retail side of me doesnt like that theyre closed on sundays but the Christian in me truly respects it!

This is a great Hobby Lobby. Its a particularly large one from what Ive seen, and the selection is extensive. The workers are always nice and helpful. If you arent aware a good tip is you can always get a 40% off one item coupon via your smartphone.

Unable to find anything in Spring Hill Hobby Lobby This is a massive store with not one sign to tell you what is where. I wasted a half an hour walking aimlessly and couldnt find a thing I was looking for. Left empty handed.

Of all things not to lose, I lost the magnets for my name tag. Hobby lobby had a very close replacement hanging on the rack. $7.00 and its fixed !
