Lots of things on the shelves, prices are kinda high, but the manager there really isnt a good person. I had asked her to get something from their back room since they only had a display unit up front. So I took her to the unit and showed her the exact one I wanted. So she took it out, I bought it and drive home. While I was unboxing the unit, I realized that it wasnt the unit I had picked out. So before taking everything apart, I put everything back into place and took it back to her to exchange it since they were the same price. She told me I had broken the seal and it was considered used. But the thing was that there was never a seal on the box to begin with. She said with no seal, theyre losing out on money because it has to be sent back to the manufacturer. Why is that my problem when everything is pristine and I was given the wrong product? I havent returned since Hobby Lobby opened up across the street.

I have gone to this store three times in the past year. Two times, I was followed around by an obnoxious woman while I was shopping. Both times, she loudly tried to engage me in conversation about merchandise, while practically standing on top of me. The last time I saw her, she was standing outside the store with her lunch box waiting for her ride home, while I was loading over $200 worth of Halloween decorations into my car. Clearly, this moron thinks Im a shoplifter. I have never done that before in my life, nor do I intend to start. I would like to say, however, the young girl on the cash register was extremely nice. She waited on my the last time, also. I wish the rest of the staff was like her.

This store offers numerous items for many needs, from baking, to scrap booking, needle crafts, framing, floral, to my personal favorite drawing and painting. Staff is super friendly and welling to assist. If you on the right time, you will be rewarded with some really awesome steals. Enjoy the adventure through the aisles, I always do.

Great customer service! I lost a receipt for work from the store, that was needed to be turned in for reimbursement. The staff went above and beyond, basically searching all day, and they found it! Most people would have given up, but they followed through until it was found! They look after their customers here!

Was treated like a criminal when I pulled out 800$ in gift cards. They asked for my license and wrote down all my license info on all the printed out gift cards I used. I have not had any other issues since then, but still not happy about being treated as such.

Had to call twice. Put on hold 3 times for excessive lengths. Told there was no one on the floor to answer my question. Had to request to speak to management. Management was of little help, offered no apology. Very disappointed with their customer service.

What happened to the craft store industry? Prices are massively inflated top the point that it costs just as much if not more to craft an item as it does to buy one already made. Defeats the entire purpose.

Michaels you can find any craft and now being a carpet and upholstery cleaner I needed to find a patch from microfiber and I did thank you so much the people at Michaels were very helpful

Awful customer service (excluding one cashier) rude and they dont honor the sale signs they themselves put up. No, the item I wanted wasnt even listed as an exclusion.

Michaels use to have a lot of silks now the flowers look like Wal-Mart. But the cashier was so patient and happy made us feel good to see kindness.
