Usually I am a fan of Hobby Lobby, as it is the only place around here that sells the art and craft supplies students need. However, I must say that my last visit this afternoon to this store was so unfortunate I am finding myself having to tell others about it to warn them. In previous transactions, I have been able to apply their weekly ad coupons to one item -- two if I am using an alternate form of payment. I purchased over $200 of custom framing, and was told that they wouldnt apply the coupon and I had to go back each day to pick another one up. It is a half hour drive out of my way to get there, and it would have hurt no one to apply the coupon twice, with multiple payments, given these circumstances. I am deeply disappointed in Hobby Lobby for not valuing the customers time and effort over their ridiculous unwarranted policy that is loosely enforced and creates unfair expectations.

First off, I like Hobby Lobby as a company and other locations have been much better. I dont know why but management at this Easley, SC location just cannot seem to hire friendly staff. I have decided after rude interactions on a number of occasions that I wont visit this location anymore. I have reported behavior, only to be blown off. I know customers can be tough to work with but without them, the employees have no business to employ them. Otherwise, the selection of crafts and interiors is awesome but the same at other locations.

Has any & every thing a person would want & need for all your hobbies & crafting projects. They are awesome when it comes to there stock/merchandise they have it all from learn how to-expanding in a hobby(beginner to intermediate to mastered). They have beautiful decorum,books,and ideas for those who may need some help. Lastly I dont but for those who do this, Hobby Lobby has yoir framing needs.

Hobby Lobby, since theyve come to Easley, has been my go to place for picking up my art supplies when working on my next comic book. There is always a deal, and if you have the app, you never end up paying full price for your purchase. If youre smart and you coupon like a crazy person, you can easily decorate your house with their vast and lovely decorations for whatever season it would be.

Hobby Lobby in Easley, SC has some of the most horrible customer service that I have ever experienced. It makes me sad because it is supposed to be a Christian organization, and I have never met more rude employees. The manager was unwilling to help us resolve an issue and was very argumentative. I would go to Garden Ridge on Woodruff Road before I would waste my time with this store.

Wonderful store!!! I can find everything I need and then some! The way they rotate sales in different departments week to week is fantastic! I love the 40% off coupon you can use on one regular priced item each shopping trip. Lastly, all of their fabric is 30% off every single day!! This is a customer focused company!!!

I opened this store with some of the people that still work there. The current store manager, was not the one that opened the store in 09. I was over scrapbooking and jewelery and i would go out of my way to help customers solve crafting problems. Sad that it has come to such low standards.

this store tends to be higher than the hobby lobby just 20 miles away in Greenville. I havent found that the employees are as nice and accommodating at the Easley store either. Such a shame since it does have easier access that the congested store on Wooduff Road.
