I have been into this store quiet a few times. The first time was amazing. The second was a lot worse than the first, as well as thr third. The customer service was just bad and there was hardly anyone working there. My fourth, and last, time stepping foot in that store was the worse expericence I have had with a manager, the lady was very rude and acted as if I was not worth her time. She also acted like a huge know-it-all just becuase she holds a higher position there. That lady ruined the image I thought Michaels was about.
