Jo Anns in Spartanburg had fabric that my Jo Anns (Greenville store) did not have. So, I drove to Spartanburg Friday morning and enjoyed taking advantage of the Memorial Day Sale. Robyn and the other employees were most helpful. I specifically went to pick up a fabric that they no longer had in the Greenville store. While I was there I showed them another fabric that I failed to purchase enough of. Ok, I confess, I bought for a gift and now I wanted some. :) While I continued to shop Robyn got on the phone with the help of my receipt and the fabric number and located my fabric and proceeded to order it for me. I am thrilled with her customer service! When we travel I have no hesitation to stop at any of the Jo Anns stores! I like Jo Anns and the quality of their products and how corporate stands behind their employees. Great stores!! Great employees!!!

Good selection, friendly service but very slow especially if you need fabric cut. Also things get moved to the wrong place frequently and are then under the wrong price. Twice in the last month I have purchased something only to find it had been put in the wrong spot and cost 4 times as much!

Went in there to get some vinyl and asked 2 different employees where the vinyl was at and they said over there and didnt even point a direction and when we found it and they said we had to leave cause they were closing and it was 2 mins til closing time. Lost my business for good!
