Horrible customer service at register. Didnt give me 40% off coupon when I told her I forgot my phone at home and Im a rewards member. I was later told by corporate customer service that their policy is that you have to have the coupon. Only if you are have technical difficulty do they scan one for you. Well, the cashier never explained that to me. Plus, in the past I have seen cashiers scanning the coupon in their drawer for customers. You cant tell me that several people inline ahead of me had technical difficulties when I wasnt. I explained that to customer service and their response was "oh well, sorry I cant comment on what happened in that store." Seriously there just as bad as the cashier. Id rather shop at Fire Mountain Gems online for my jewelry findings and beads or go to Hobby Lobby or drive to Greenville and go to AC Moore or just order from Amazon online. No wonder retail companies keep going out of business.

I got my flowers for my wedding here. They custom did the bouquets and they were beautiful! The lady in the floral department even helped me find flowers that were similar to ones I liked but were on sale to help me with my low budget. Will definitely go back if I need flowers! Also never had a problem with the employees and they have a great selection of stuff. Biggest floral selection Ive seen anywhere!

They have great stuff. My husband and I have a good bit of tattoos and piercings, and were always followed around and given constant side glances by the employees, though, so we dont go often.

Always get a lot of my craft supplies here! They may be expensive at times, but I love their products! Definitely a place to go shopping! Employees are really nice and very helpful!

What a rip off. If you return something they dont give you back what you paid for the item or items. Typical store & policy to rip off their customers. Wont be shopping here again
