The only reason this store is getting a one star rating is because I have to give one yesterday I was in there to get baskets and ribbons and stuff to make mothers day gifts and sell them for my sons calls because he is severely sick and during my shopping trip my phone and a couple hundred dollars was stolen out of it when I went to ask for help they announced it but nobody helped instead of calling the police to file a police report they called and said that I was making a scene and tried to have me arrested the cops felt sympathy on me and understood why I was upset because the phone had my sons life line on it between his fund raising money to his medication dosages to his emergency doctors numbers when I called my carrier phone carrier they pee and the last place at their store and they still continue to refuse to look for it or refuse to cooperate to help me look for it all of them have been nasty rude demeaning and degrading about it not caring that this phone is for a sick child is not about taking selfies and texting and making phone calls and using it as what normal people use it for there is an apnea monitor thing attached to it to help my son to make sure he doesnt stop breathing while were in the car the money I dont care about the phone itself I dont care about the usage is what I care about the person that did come help me was so rude he wouldnt give me his name they didnt want to give me any kind of information to deal with district manager or corporate they were all they wanted to do was cover their butts I would never ever go there or spend my money when they treat people like that people that are in need they made no attempt to try to compensate to try to help when I ask for a letter so I could turn it into my insurance they refused and got an attitude and hung up on me I mean this is the behavior that they treat their customers with the son of business that is just a bunch of people who are there to make a paycheck not because they actually give a crap about anybody but himself I would never go back there I would never recommend them to anybody if youre in desperate need venture go but half of the stuff that they have you can find at Walmart or you can make yourself at a much lesser price yeah its fun to go to those places but really if this is what they stand by do you really want to contribute to that

Michaels Custom Framing department is a joke. First off they are VERY over priced, even with those so called 50% off sales they have. the highest in the brandon area,( i didnt do any price quoting at other shops until after the fact.) secondly, they are are horrible with customer service and getting things done in a timely manner. they quoted me two weeks.. didnt get my order for 6 weeks and by the time it was done there were finger prints on the in side of the glass. i never once received a courtesy call saying it wasnt going to be done on time. i called 3 times and spoke with 3 different employees and got 3 different excuses on why it wasnt complete. the employees there seem like they dont know anything about what they are doing, only one young lady seemed experienced in framing. none the less, very unprofessional and the finished product wasnt worth the price.

I got a 16x 20 piece of glass at a CUSTOM glass price (which is usually higher) and it was $7.00. I called Michaels and he said, "Oh, 16 x 20 is a standard size, so that will be much cheaper than if I had to cut it. The price is $9.99: I was shocked.....so look elsewhere for a bargain....Michaels is not the place and I still have 2 frames that I could not use and paid $15.99 for each, before they lowered to price on close-out (a very standard assemble-yourself frame which should be carried all the time) to NOTHING. I had misplaced the receipt, so I cannot return it. I lost $32.00....shop elsewhere.

My wife is the crafty one, but she often drags me and the kid along with her. What a sad store. What should be a celebration of all things craft and hobby related has degenerated into tired displays and odd product assortment (spinner display of dog breed magnets). What should be a celebration feels more like a place to go and get a fix, if you are a craftaholic you know what I mean.

The store doesnt have as much of s selection as the Plant City location and there really isnt much more when it come to deals or discounts. However the store is clean and everything is where it should be. There isnt a long check out line dispute there only being one aisle open most of the time.

I would rate 5 starts since not much is wrong with this store other than the fact that when you need help looking for an item you will end up playing a game of hide and seek with workers as they are basically non existent in this place.

Pretty big store. Mostly clean.... Well, it was a little cluttered. Didnt see any staff walkin around here. Prices seemed a little high fer my experience. But i guess they do alright, these stores have been around fer a while so......

Ring up coupons wrong how is it a 20 percent total purchase and all my items are regular price but the most expensive item gets no discount. Very stupid. I will stick to Joanns they actually ring up coupons correct.

The store is fine but anytime you call no one answers, the answering service just hangs up on you. I live about 30 minutes away and just wanted to verify an item. So much for customer service

Its really hard to get in and out of this shopping center. Michaels coupon policy really isnt good so I go here only when I cant find it at Joanns or Hobby Lobby.

The staff was very helpful and friendly...they even opened additional checkout registers when lines formed...I found everything I needed to complete my project

Not everything is cheap but I go there a lot. Sometimes it takes me a long time to find a salesperson but I have always been well taken care of.

The express frame service is supposed to take less than 24 hours, my express service was 4 days. I wont bother with Michaels again.

Good sized Michaels. Always check their website for a cpupon, usually 40% off one regular priced item or 20% off entire purchase.

Its big but its kind of weirdly cramped. Not much room for people in aisles to look. Its your typical Michaels experience.
