I have to say, I wont be going back. I prefer Michaels. Hobby Lobby has no aisle signs or numbers, making it really hard to find things unless youre a regular. I walked all over the store looking for items and did not see a single staff member available to help. When I finally went to the front to ask a cashier, she pointed me in a general area (there are no aisle numbers remember) that was about it. They had a fantastic sale, but at checkout, the cashier had to manually go through the sale flier to figure out what discount to apply to each of the items I was purchasing. I saved a ton of money, which was great, but I couldnt believe they dont have the capacity to program pricing discounts for sales into their computers. Bizarre. When I needed more stuff, I went to Michaels and got all the help I needed, checkout was a breeze. NOT a fan of Hobby Lobby.

The selection was dismal compared to other craft stores, the staff was completely incompetent and even lied about their own return policies and lied about understanding the the project i was working on. There is no organization to item placement or real indication of what an aisle contained.The staff had no real idea where any of the products I was looking for were located and on top of everything else the lines are slow. I am never going back to this or any other Hobby Lobby and will actively encourage people to shop somewhere else.

I usually end up coming here at some point or another because of something like a school project or just a need for a certain item that they dont sell in a place like Walmart and Target. The staff here are very helpful, they usually always have what Im looking for in stock. Its in a very convenient location thats near where I live. I love coming here.

Me and my wife love Hobby Lobby. They have everything under the sun in there. Something for everybody, I just like wandering around and seeing the new stuff. And if your looking to decorate for the holidays, OMG it is so cheap, 40% off most times, I think their scrap booking supplies are competitive and great selection. No complaints from us.

negative. went to purchase Christmas lights for our tree at the advertised 50% off. Was told tree lights were NOT included. Said because you sold them all year long. Give me a break! The period you sell something has nothing to do with what it is! I feel baited and it will influence future purchases...

They have everything to handcraft whatever project your trying to do and also offer guidance as to colors or patterns if you just have an idea. This is the OnLy place with ballerina fabric close to me and offered a 30% discount as well. So instead of $10 for fabric only spent $8.

Travel from Asheville to this Hobby Lobby, as usual, staff great, merchandise great. Overall great experience. Love Hobby Lobby, I travel a lot and try to shop at a Hobby Lobby while in an area with one. Have never had a bad experience.

I had the worst experience here that Ive ever had at a retail store. One of the associates made an error, and in order to cover it up she was incredibly rude to me and accused me of lying. I will definitely not be going back here again.
