Ok. The sewing machine staff wasnt helpful at all. They didnt even approach me. List out on a $1600 sale because I bought a sewing machine at a helpful quilt shop instead. Their lose. Did have a good sale on scissors though.

Walked around for 30 min. Couldnt find a sales person available to help. You need more staff. Terrible customer service. After all this, Ill just buy it on Amazon.
