The customer service I have received from clerks and most importantly the management has been awful. As a repeat customer, you have lost my business forever. Clerks and management waste time with customers while customers are on the phone, refusing to service other guests. This is happened on more than one occasion. Additionally, it is frustrating that the sewing machine . department inside of your store closes much earlier than the rest of your store. As someone trying to finish a project and purchase a single sewing needle, I was unable to do so because you are unable to sell me some product. Unfortunately even though I offered to overpay by a significant amount simply to have the needle you were unable to help me. While this might be a policy that you have no control over, it is one that is damaging to your customer relationships. Perhaps if other interactions with store management and store clerks were more positive or handled in a more empathetic manner, customers like me would not have this reaction and would not be flocking to other retail opportunities.

I have been an employee of this store since October coming from our Akron location. When I first arrived, the store manager, Vicki Collins was still new and transitioning her team from the previous management. During my tenure there, I have worked in all facets including register and cutting counter. I am always helpful and have tried to guide the staff to provide exceptional customer service. If you have not been to this store lately, please give us another try....you wont be disappointed!!

Lines are too long and customer service is non existentant. The staff answer to everything is to order online. Why go to the store if im gonna get directed to the app. Heck I could shop online for less and not deal with the bad attitude of the CSR. One draw back to online shopping is waiting for delivery which brings me into this waste of space store.

Love this place but when asking about how my total added up I got a lot of rude attitude from the cashier AJ and the answer to my question was "It adds up on my side." My friend and I were taken by surprise with the negativity.

An establishment I much prefer to Michaels, Jo-Ann Fabrics today fulfilled my need for embroidery floss, but they have fully met my needs for fabric, frames and origami paper in the past. A one-stop craft shop!

I get some many new ideas at this place. I do wish they carried more craft items. If you do like fabric and sewing this is the place to go.
