the dumbest cashier ever. I wanted to purchase items with cell phone coupon separate transaction and the cashier didnt want to give me the discount twice. I left right away. This store isnt worth my money. Other Jo ann store took my separate transaction coupons. Want to save money? Check out walmart and save or go to other jo ann store. Ill laugh when that store close its door.

If Ive an idea. I can always find an associate to point me in the right direction/ or lead me to it. The only problem I find with the store, is at the check-out, the first left turn takes you to a dead end. I had to back out, and start again to find the line.

The phone system is TERRIBLE, you get a one minute commercial, then loud rude music, THEN you get to talk to a person who transfers you to another person who tells you they dont have what you want.
