The staff here is extremely pleasant! They take time out of what their doing to go out of their way and help you . The cashier help me decide what was particularly right for me and help me locate my coupons in my phone ! It was a friendly atmosphere and I really enjoyed my visit the only thing I did not like was the temperature.. It was almost the same as outside ! Imagine that on a sunny Florida day ..

I needed to have glass replaced for a watercolor picture . I was helped with no waiting with courtesy and knowledgeable service. My picture was ready the next day. Also, I just moved to the area from Illinois and am happy to know there is a Michaels here. Good coupons and craft supplies and this is a big store!
