The Store... I have no complaints about the store itself or the pricing of the items they have. They always have a 40% off coupon going so you can always get stuff at a decent price. Custom Framing... I do, though, have an issue with the custom framing department... it is way overpriced. Even if you use a 60% or more coupon or whatever it is, the price they charge to frame the simplest stuff is ridiculous. I went in to just get a custom mat made with three rectangular holes cut out of it. It was going to cost me $85 not even including the double mat I wanted. $85 to cut three rectangles out of one piece of cardboard? Are you kidding me? I checked out Hobby Lobby and got my double mat with the three cuts in it WITH a frame for the same price as they were going to charge for a single mat. Complete rip off.

I usually go at night because a few evening associates who are very helpful. However in the last year the store has started to look rundown, is always a huge mess and no one seems to want to help you( if you can find anyone in the first place). Recently I tried to talk to the store manager because I was frustrated with their coupon policy being different every time I go in, and she was extremely rude to me. I ended up leaving with nothing and will not go back.

Micharls set out placards that stated they had a certain set of copic markers. Took it to the register and the manager went to go look for it, only to come back and tell me that they didnt have it. She insulting brought out a set of totally different markers claiming that they were close to the other ones. Heads up, hair color and skin color are totally different. What a waste of my time and gas.

The sales girl helped me find exactly what I wanted and even gave me a few suggestions on how to create my project with ease, and add some pizzaz! With her suggestions it turned out beautifully! Plus I snagged a few more things that were on sale! The checkout process was fast with a happy energetic girl who went above and beyond even helping me find my coupon on my phone!
