The store in general is really clean and the staff is really nice, and always compliments the students as they pass, I highly recommend! Ive been taking the Wilton cake decorating classes at this location, and I highly recommend them! Ms. Turner is my instructor. She has just been amazing! She’s so patient and helpful; she makes sure that she checks with each student to make sure they’ve got the hang of it. She’s even made larger props to demonstrate on so that we can all see the methods, it’s really been a great help! She also laminated our flower templates, and gave us a no-slip cloth for the bottom of our cakes; just amazing with making sure we have everything we need, sharing supplies if we forget, and giving us tips! I want to be a pastry chef someday and I’ve really attained a lot of confidence from taking her classes, I feel like I’ve learned so much. I’m going to be taking Wilton III and the fondant class also and I’m so excited to continue with the classes. I’m so happy that I ended up with an excellent teacher. Tell Melinda to keep up the good work, she’s great!

My wife was looking for needlework and found something to her satisfaction and we headed for the checkout. On the way up, we found some additional items just over $40 total. One check out was open we waited for approximately five minutes. No problem. The lady was buying stem flowers. The flowers scan higher then the ticketed price. Call for price check. Call for back up. Two people came up. First one went to check out one, took a clipboard, and started reading whatever was on the clipboard. Second person tried to open a register but couldnt. She walked over to the cashier that was open ask about the register next to her. The operator of the open register said, oh that lady went back in the store to shop. That lady, standing behind us, and said thats my stuff. So she went up to have it rang up. We left our merchandise and walked out. My wife was very upset. Nobody took charge.

Ive shopped there for a long time, spending a huge portion of my disposable income for my own projects as well as supplies for my students. I put up with the rude employees because there are a couple really nice ones. But today took the cake when one of the employees followed me everywhere I went, clearly suspecting I was up to no good. I finally left without spending a dime - mad and oddly hurt because Ive been such a good customer for so long. Frankly, Ive complained to corporate before and it does no good, so why bother? Jo-Ann Fabrics has company-wide customer service issues and until corporate cares, things wont change. I only wish they had more competition.

Many workers were there to help and were very nice. Almost too many workers in my opinion but service was fast. Pricing for fabric is weird, I feel its far too high given the amount of fabric that is produced by industrial machines.

Great fabric and craft store, they usually have everything you need. I gave it a lower score because the fsbic cutting line is Always out of control

A lot of other JoAnns in the area have a much smaller selection but this is probably the most to pick from and also the most friendly staff.
