This store is always under staffed and there are no employees to answer questions. Ever time I shop here I leave frustrated. Today there were 15 customers in line and only one cashier. After 10 minutes of waiting, there was still 10 customers to go and no other employees were ever called to help, or maybe there was only this one employee in the entire store! I finally put my stuff down and left as well as other customers. Plan on at least a 10-20 minute wait to checkout when shopping here.

Was waiting for fabric, had number 10. Employee waited on number 8 and then number 11. When I inquired about this she was very rude, said the customer was with her Mother??. Then the way she cut the fabric was A little chopped and was off slightly from the yard that I needed.

The staff was nice and helpful but the manager was rude!! The manager spoke to me so rudely on the sales floor and made fun of me in front of another customer. This is the second time someone has been rude to me at that store and Ive only been there 3 times.
