I love shopping here. I can find what Im looking for easier than pat catans-a mess- and they have tons of fabric choices. They also have great decor, and scrapbooking items. Yes some stuff can be a little pricey, but they usually always have sales and coupons. They have limited staff, so sometimes a line can be long for checkout. There bathrooms are always clean and the staff is always friendly to me and tries to help save money with whatever coupons they have. I will continue shopping here as long as they are open for.

Absolutely no one to help you find your stuff. You can find better prices on most items at Walmart. What staff there are very friendly but unfortunately they are not enough of them and therefore theres no one to help you unless youre trying to check out or get fabric cut. The lines are excessively long . Also the racks of fabric arent labeled so that it is easy for people who dont know a lot about fabric to find what theyre looking for.

This store is great for a quick fix, the staff really helpful but you better have a coupon bc there fabric is very expensive and too often my fabric isnt cut strait, quality isnt all that great either , now that Pat Catans ( Broadview Rd. ) has a lot of fabric and much cheaper I ll be checking there first , either of these places carry serger or industrial needles or nothing that isnt sold by the yard.

I can never find anyone to help me if Im looking for something that I buy all the time. Most of the time there is a long line and the store is very crowded. I have started using another location because of all of this, even though it is further away.

Terrible customer service. Not enough fabric cutters or cashiers. Corporate does seem to care. Been to several of their store and the experience is the same. Lots of Chinese crap too

I only swing by this place if my lil one is doing a project or something. But, the few times Ive been in here, it was pretty good. The staff is friendly and helped me out everytime.

Smaller Jo-Ann Fabrics. A lot of fabric, yarn and ribbon but a small half aisle of jewelry supplies. Small clearance section. Not a friendly staff.

Very rude staff and they sell lots of defects. the fabrics are very cheap .its sad this place was great in early 2000s
