Captain Awesome

I love Michaels, but this store has the absolute worst management and staff. They are incredibly rude, and they hate being bothered by customers. They especially hate children! Ive gone to this Michaels twice, and I will never be back. This store leaves me with such a bad taste in my mouth that I may never go back to any Michaels, ever again.

Very bad costumer service! I couldnt find anyone to help me! I needed dream catcher suppilys and I couldnt find them anywhere! Staff was no where to be found and they had one girl on the register the checkout line had about 11 costumers waiting. So I just left with out making any purchases!

This is my favorite Michaels store, staff and management are always awesomely helpful. They also have one of the biggest yarn sections of all 3 of the stores in my area.
