Ran into this store on numerous occasions and never had any real problems. Tonight I ran in to pick up a last minute button. The store had just announced that it closed so I made my way to the register. On my way I spotted something on an end cap that I wanted to look at, I was close enough to the registers that I could see there was a good 10 minute wait with 4 customers in line. As I took a quick look the only gentleman on the register stopped what he was doing and yelled "mam the store is closed" I went to explain that I was just taking a quick look as I knew I would have to wait in line, when he cut me off and said " mam I said the store is closed and all customers must be in line". Rude and unprofessional is all I can say. I was clearly headed to the register there was no need to embarrass a customer in front of other people because your afraid you wont get off early. I was embarrassed to even stand in line, please let your cashiers know that there is no need to throw out their customers, I understand the store was closed and I was on my out.

The workers are slower than wounded turtles. Prepare to wait an eternity for help with anything, and at least 30 minutes in line to pay. For some reason there is an issue with every single customer in line. It seems like nothing scans correctly, and they constantly need price checks. They seem to have a genuine and whole-hearted disregard for the customers. It is seriously like they believe people who do crafts must not have any kind of life outside of their craft. Ive never been able to go in the store and come out in under an hour unless I didnt buy anything. I just cant express enough with words how insanely frustrating this store is. Until going in this store, I never would have imagined myself saying the words, "I wish I had just gone to Walmart. "

never had a problem at checkout except there is only 1 or two cashiers, but the fabric department one lady helped me out id say she was helpful, but when I got back in line and was checked out by the other cashier she seemed as if I was bugging her and she kept smacking her gum it was pretty annoying especially when I am trying to explain what I was doing with my project, and she was very impatient when I asked her on her opinion about the length of fabric I needed.

Go there if you sew. They are the only real store in the area that has everything you need. As the employees well I havent dealt with the sewing people it also wouldnt be fair to say anything about them, but the cashiers and other people seem very unfriendly and not very helpful. They have lowered their standards they dont have enough flowers or crafts like they used to Im not sure even if theyre closing down and actually.

This is the WORSE jo-ann fabrics I have ever been in! I waiting in one line for a good 15 - 20 minutes for them to measure fabric that I was returning only to have to wait in the cashier line to get my refund.....Will never shop here again. If there is more than one person waiting in line you need to open up more registers! Poor customer service

Heres an idea, get some fabric. Came in to get some holiday fabrics to make a skirt/dress and besides basic cotton prints or fleece they had NOTHING! Seriously! Stop being so "crafty" and stock your main supplies, FABRIC! Seriously so disappointed been going to JoAnns my entire life.

Its huge and has lots of variety but it needs more. Paper crafts should have more tools. Maybe more samples would be nice. The also need to fix air conditioning. I once walked in and after 5 min left. I like to take my time and look all over and its too warm to do that sometimes.

I found everything I needed including a masquerade mask kit which was on sale for half price - I had a coupon for 25% off my total purchase which made the $9.99-$4.99=$5.00 x 75% = $3.75. What a bargain.

Yeah they had 50% off today in a lot of things but they are way overpriced. Cardboard boxed houses $40 is insane. Even at $20. They are expensive. Sowing machines over $1,000.00.

They have no deadline to return an item. You can return something after 5 years for a full refund... as long as you have the receipt.
