Michaels is great for all your decorating and hobby needs. Whether it be for seasonal decor or something for your home,they are loaded with ideas and beautiful merchandise at reasonable prices. Close & convenient for Osceola County residents,located at The Loop shopping plaza. There coupons and store sales are my favorite because just about whatever you want to buy,you can get it for less; which for me means I can buy MORE! The app for your smartphone is handy and allows savings at your fingertips!

Was there yesterday..its a nice store..but with 5 Cash Register only two working..the other 3 are there as decoration...a long line. taking to much time..since Michaels dont care about our time or rush.. Other employees..looking the line..but no one jumping in to help? It seems no Manager is put it attention to run the store putting Customer first..it maybe a way to save money..i have my doubts because the taste left

Been standing at customer care for 15 min just waiting to do a return 5 associates keep looking at me and passing by and dont even bother to adress me and tell me i have to wait in the purchasing line to do a deturn so now i have to wait in a line after ive aleeady waited 15 min

Michaels has stopped carrying the variety and selection they used to. I used to shop here weekly, but now Hobby Lobby is just down the street with a much better selection of items.

they are ok with selection but are not bad if you dont want to travel for better selection. They will have almost all the basics on needs for generic crafts
